Will it cost me anything to use?As long as you have 80% of your employees in your Asteron default fund, you can enjoy all of the benefits associated with the solution free of charge. A small fee may be charged for each transaction if you do not. For more information please see the Asteron Clearing House PDS.

What is the Choice of Fund clearing house?The new employer contributions solution will enable you to use our Choice of Fund clearing house. The clearing house will allow you to make contributions to multiple super funds in a single payment. We’ll manage the distribution of these payments to the individual funds nominated by your employees.

What payment methods does it support?There are two flexible payment options supported by the new solution. These are:

› Direct credit - EFT

› Direct debit

Why doesn’t the new solution support Bpay®?Our employer customers have told us that they prefer not to use Bpay® within their businesses. Whilst Bpay® remains a payment feature for our members, we don’t offer it in our new online solution.

How do I use Asteron EASE™?Firstly you’ll need to register to use the new solution. It’s easy – just call us on 1800 035 435 and we’ll talk you through what you need to do.

Once you’ve registered, simply login to WealthSolutions using your existing login details (or the new ones we’ve provided if you’re a first time user).

Then, click on the ‘Contribution Schedule’ button under the Employer menu on the left-hand side of the screen. A new screen will open and from here you can navigate using the menu icons on the left hand side of the screen.

How do I submit contributions?Once you’ve logged in, you can either enter contribution details on screen or use the payroll file upload facility (suitable for larger plans). Then it’s just a matter of:

› ‘Transmitting’ your contribution batch, which sends us all the data for your schedule; and

› Submitting your payment(s) through your internet banking facility (if you’ve selected direct credit as your payment option).

Once we have the information you’ve submitted & your payment(s), we’ll take it from there.

What happens if I encounter an error using Astron EASE™?The system displays meaningful messages on screen, making it easy for you to correct the mistake and continue processing. If you get stuck though, we’re happy to assist. Just give us a call on 1800 035 435.

What support will I get?We’ll provide you with everything you need to start using the new employer contributions solution. You will receive an Online Demo and easy to understand User Guide. We have also set up a dedicated hotline and email address to guide you through any challenges you may encounter when you first start using the new system. Further support is available by contacting your Adviser.
