CONCLUSIONS

• Lack of Training on Innovation, Productivity and Competitivity – take lectures on Lean,Toyota, Kaize, Kanban

• Old mentalities – be open mind - why ?, look around you, economical intelligence, internet-detective, benchmarking.

• Fear for unknown – if you have it constantly, if you need to be reassured every day, drop the Innovation.

• Risk Analysis - do not start any project without a serious analysis.

• Fear of Corruption - support a strong political party.• Fear of Bureaucracy - make friends among them.• Stakeholders – attract those who can support, take measures

against those who can affect your project.• Need for partners – look for people with complementary skills• How to start Innovation ?– Think in terms of Project

Management ( objectives, terms, ressources)

Model 1: Co-operation as future objective – U-E co-operation is established as an aim to be achieved in the future, but conditions are not yet ripe for its development.

Model 2: Co-operation as one way benefit - Universities gain know-how and expertise from EU enterprises which are willing to provide a “technological window" or the university-enterprise co-operation lies in the instrumentalisation of enterprises by universities.

Model 3: Co-operation as reciprocical action – Universities and enterprises are full actors and direct beneficiaries of co-operation reciprocity is a characteristic of this level of co-operation. The co-operation is driven by university initiative.

Model 4: Co-operation as a strategic tool – U-E co-operation reaches is full level of efficiency. CO-opertaion becomes a strategic tool for all the partners who have integrated it into their own mission.
