The ultimate goal of the Harmonization project is to deepen our understanding of collaborative processes and identify those things needed for highly effective collaborative projects. As part of the individual projects, the team is also evaluating the strategies used to work together to deliver the projects in order to inform future harmonized service delivery. The teams’ experiences through these activities are being distilled into key learnings, and a collaborative guide is being developed to present important lessons in a format to support effective, collaborative partnerships.
