Barbers Auctions are favoured with instructions from Mr W.A. Mottershead to conduct this genuine

dispersal sale following Will’s decision to end the tenancy at Petsey Farm, Stoke-On-Tern. The sale

comprises of 4 Tractors, JCB Loadall, 9 Trailers, Claas Combine, Range of Grassland, Arable and Yard

Equipment together with a 10/20 Fullwood Parlour and all associated dairy equipment.

Almost all equipment has been owned from new and special attention should be given to the JCB

Loadall which is in very good order. This is a very genuine sale and is highly recommended by the

Auctioneers.

DIRECTIONS From Market Drayton :- Follow the A53 towards Shrewsbury, at the Tern Hill

roundabout take the second exit on the A53, after approximately two miles

turn left signposted Stoke-On-Tern. Follow this road for approximately three-

quarters of a mile and the entrance to Petsey Farm is on the right.

From Shrewsbury :- Follow the A53 towards Hodnet. At the Hodnet

roundabout take the second exit towards Market Drayton and after

approximately half a mile turn right signposted Stoke-On-Tern. Follow this

road for approximately three-quarters of a mile and the entrance to Petsey

Farm is on the right. The sale will be signposted on the day of the sale.
