With the immense support of Hon. Shri Sunil Rane Sir, Executive President of Atharva Group Of

Institutes & under the guidance of Dr. P.N. Nemade (Director, ACE) and Dr. S.P. Kallurkar (Principal,

ACE), Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering Department has organized Two weeks ISTE

approved Short Term Training Program on “Recent trends in Antenna & Wireless Communication”.

Day 1 (14/06/2016)

Session 1:

Successfully Inaugurated “ISTE Faculty Chapter” by Guest of Honor Mr. Rajesh Kamdar, Director of

Sejutronics in the presence of Principal S.P.Kallurker and Head of Department of Electronics and

Telecommunication Prof. Jyoti Kolap in Presentation Hall at 10:30am. Mr. Kamdar also made a start

with the key note address of the session.






Session 2:

Atharva Ground Station student team presented their work on Plasma Antenna Design with the visit to

ACE ground station.






Session 3&4: Dr. Rajeev Kumar Gupta Professor, Terna College of Engineering made us confident by

providing Hands on Design of High Gain Microstrip Antenna at Embeded System Lab 4th floor at

2:00pm.






Day 2 (15/06/2016)

Session 1:

- Mr. Abhishek Pachori from "ROHDE & SCHWARZ" gave an informative Presentation on "RF &

Microwave Components" at Presentation Hall,4th floor at 10:00am.

Session 2:

Mr. Vivekkumar Maurya from "AKADEMIKA LAB SOLUTION" Conducted interactive hands-on

session on "Antenna Setup Design" at Embedded System Lab, 4th floor at 2:00pm.






Day 3 (16/06/2016)

Session 1:

Research Scholar Pragya Mathur and Hemant Kumar (who are currently working as a research scholar

under the guidance of Dr. Girish Kumar) represent Dr. Girish Kumar, From IIT Bombay gave a

remarkable Presentation on" Antenna Arrays " at Presentation Hall at 10:00 am.

Session 2:

Also conducted Hands-On Session on "Design of Antenna" at Embedded System Lab in 4th floor at

11:30am.

Session 3 & 4: Dr. Amit Deshmukh HOD of Electronics & Telecommunication from D.J. SANGHVI

College of Engineering gave knowledgeable presentation on "Fundamentals of Antenna”.






Day 4 (17/006/2016)

Session 1& 2:

On our request once again Dr. Rajiv Gupta, Professor of Terna College of Engineering" Conducted

efficient hands-on session on "Design of Antenna on IE3D Software".






Session 3&4:

Mr. Vivek kumar Maurya from "AKADEMIKA LAB SOLUTION" Conducted interactive hands-on

session on "Antenna Setup Design"

Day 5 (18/06/2016)

Session 1& 2:

Session 1 is conducted by Dr. K.P;Ray, Director of SAMEER IIT MUMBAI who gave an admirable p presentation on "Antenna Design ".

Again Session 2 is continued with the same topic but with the discussion of various antenna pattern

designed for several purposes.






Session 3 & 4:

Dr. Munir Sayyad,"General Manager, Reliance Communication" gave informative session on "5G

Technology”.

Day 6(20/06/2016) Session 1 & 2: Dr. K.H.Wandra, Pricipal of "C.U.Shah College of Engineering",Gujrat was virtually enlighten our institute. He conducted his session on Wireless System Design through skype. Due to some technical issue the participants were bit disturbed on that session, but later on it was resolved by our technician. We are highly regret for your inconvenience. Session 3&4: Once again we were having Mr. Rajesh Kamdar, director of Sejutronics among with us. He not only gave us useful information about routers, but also made us facilitate with the practical session on it.

Day 7(21/06/2016) Session 1: Dr. Deepak Karia Professor from "Sardar Patel Institute of Technology Mumbai" gave remarkable Presentation on "IP Subnet & Supernet"






Session 2: In this a quick online test session was conducted by Dr.Deepak Karia in which all the participants were went through a 10 min quick online test. Later we discuss all the question answer one by one. Session 3: Dr. Jonathan Joshi Founder & CEO of " Eduvance " gave interesting Presentation on "IOT".

Session 4: Dr. Rakesh Jha Professor from "Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University J & K" technically enlighten our institute on "IOT & 5G".

Day 8(22/06/2016)

Session 1&2:

Mr. Sushant Bhargava from "Godrej Security Solution" gave an informative Presentation on "Lora

WAN"






Session 3&4:

Mr. Vijay Palparthi from "Research Scholar IIT Bombey "Conducted interactive Presentation on

"Antenna Fabrication"

Day 9 (23/06/2016) Session 1&2: Prof. Prof. Dayanand Ambawade professor of "Sardar Patel Institute of Technology Mumbai" make us aware of the basic 7 steps of "Wireless Network Security".

Session 3&4: The 9th day of our sttp was ended with the visit to Reliance Communication. There our participants were able to know the virtual reality of today’s smart devices. We are thankful to Mr. Mayur Murkya and his team for this wonderful visit.






Day 10 (24/06/2016)

Session 1&2:

Dr. Santosh Narayankhedkar from " MGM College of Engineering ,Kamothe " gave a Remarkable

Presentation on "RFID"
