The shopping mall has about 38,000 sq m of an ‘all ground level’ floor area with 988 parking lots. The Project GLA is nearly 24,500 sq m and is anchored by Majid Al Futtaim Hypermarket of Carrefour conquering nearly 7,200 sq m. It is also anchored by nearly 6,800 sq m by the known brands of Landmark Group such as Home Centre, Centre point (Emax, babyshop, Splash, Shoe Mart and Lifestyle), Max and Fun City. The shopping mall will have more attractions such as a huge Ice Scatting area for the first time in Nizwa city, A Bowling area with at least 8 lines and a major central plaza for local and regional events. In F&B, some of the signed brands are Starbucks, Burger King, Magic Walk, Chili House, Chicking and Haramalak Café. In Fashion, a good mix so far has signed including Mothercare, Clairs, The bodyshop, Payless, Adidas, Nayomi and Mikyajy. With many other international and local brands, many F&B and lineshop spaces are still available for new retailers to take advantage of.

The rates are very attractive to first retail comers to the Sultanate as well as the terms of leasing. “LIWAN”- a specialized retail property management and leasing firm that is 100% owned by Amjaad Holding - is the leasing company for the project. They currently offer 3 months fit-out grace period with no rent. They also help new retailers get residency labor cards immediately from government before the official municipality lease agreement is executed which is a great advantage to mention in Oman.

It was somewhat natural and quite before the ‘state of the art’ development of Nizwa Grand Mall has stepped in and echoed the area with its’ presence. Every person in Nizwa and its periphery has raised his/her hopes and expectations, stunned and excited by this upcoming retail development. The impact on Nizwa city is humongous. Thanks to Amjaad Holding for putting this development together to the people of Nizwa. As the client is a solid government base pension Fund, Amjaad Holding is committed to delivering the project at the national day of Oman on 18th of November 2015. The soft opening is expected a month before that.

Among its’ success in the local Omani Market in the world of retail, they recently delivered Barka Grand Centre, a roughly 24,000 sq m of GFA anchored with Carrefour and Landmark Group brands, with over 85% of line shops being leased pre - grand opening. The project had the first privately funded ‘flyover’ in Oman and receives much more traffic than expected. It is recognized as the most iconic development in the City of Barka until date.

Nizwa – 1 Hour and 20 minutes drive with roughly 140 Kilometers distance from the Capital of Muscat, towards Al-Ain (UAE) and Salalah, is a rich historical and cultural destination. In fact, the city falls on a cross roads that leads to most parts of the Sultanate, UAE and KSA due to its central location within the country. The city has many attractions such as Nizwa Fort, a famous Friday Souk and a cultural centre being underdevelopment. The city is the closest urban development to Jabal Al Akhdar and Jabal Shams and serves as a hospitality stop station for tourists. The city has over 100,000 people living there within a governorate of over 410,000 inhabitants with 75% of residents being locals. The expected traffic is expected to be overwhelming.
