High level performance demands a vision, or goal, that is worth striving for. it can address obstacles worth overcoming, as well as what motivates you. Your vision may include aspects of your health, training regimen, performance or academic pursuits. The key is having a vision that keeps you focused and driven, and is important to You. You will establish goals that keep you moving toward your vision. These goals will challenge your resolve, and provide the lessons for future success in whatever you set your sights on. This is the Key to Success.

What does a Vision define?■ A Vision may discuss obstacles that may prevent you from achieving

wellness or a desired level of performance.■ Self-image: Who do I want to be.■ Behaviors: What do I want to do consistently.■ Outcomes: What I want to have happen.■ Motivators: Why this matters to me.

A vision may also describe strategies that will help you to overcome what is getting in the way(Obstacle).
