Staying fit is important to us, and all athletes because without fitness, it’d be very hard to continue playing the sports that you love.

• A regular athlete has to eat foods from all sections of the food pyramid daily.
• These food groups include, grains, fruits, vegetables, fats and oils, dairy, and protein.
A Healthy Meal
• A healthy meal includes all aspects of the food pyramids, this meal includes ham, melon, a salad, grapes, and a sandwich.
• That’s a good meal!
