100% of candidates with an iPhone have downloaded apps.

81% of candidates use AppStore or equivalent as main search for apps.

4% of candidates download apps from website links.

4% of candidates download apps based on word of mouth.

Is Privacy a concern to candidates when considering Mobile Recruiting?

No.

A sample size of nearly 100, only 16 were interested enough to answer the privacy question.

Out of 16 answers only 1 showed concerns for privacy.

Just because candidates are not concerned does not give the industry an excuse to be relaxed. Protecting and respecting individuals is the recruitment industries responsibility.
