1 Regular attendance by employees is essential to the Company’s efficient operation and
is a necessary pre - condition of employment. When an employee goes for un-scheduled
absence from duty, normal work schedules get affected and customer commitments fail.
Consequently other employees hae to undertake added workloads.! "ffice #iming shall be $%&' () * +%'' ) with half an hour lunch break in between.& mployees are epected to report to work as scheduled and on time. /oweer, an
employee shall be allowed a grace period of not more than 10 minutes. f an employee
reports for duty after '$.20 () more than once in a week, then it would be considered
as late arrial, and two such late coming are allowed in a month, beyond that half day
leae will be deducted by /R.2 mployees are required to register their attendance while attending the office in the

day would be treated as absent from office.0 4nder eceptional circumstances, if deemed appropriate and necessary, an employee

defaulting 6 late coming employees considering such late comings in a month equialent

1' #he mployee that are required to moe out of the office for official purposes or a client
meeting, need to inform the /R accordingly about their plans : meetings and make an
entry in the )oement Register while leaing from office for this purpose. n case of
direct isit to the client site from the residence, the mployee is required to inform /R
and make entry in the )oement Register one day before the meeting6 the eening prior
to the meeting.11 t may kindly be noted that mployee might be required to work late, beyond office
timings at office or any other remote location sub;ect to pro;ect requirements that you

would be handling. #he management does not compensate towards any such oertime
and such eceptional conditions are purely treated as the need of the work in hand.
