This is what I know…• I have often been described as an out of the box
thinker. I don’t understand how people’s thoughts got boxed in, in the first place!
• My brain generates new ideas and engages in problem solving even on a subliminal level. Once engaged on a project my brain will continue working on the project even when I am sleeping!!!
I probably shouldn’t write this, but I have come up with more great ideas in the bathroom then most people do in their whole lives.

This is what I Know…• Communication is vital in order to execute a project to the best
of our abilities and I would value the ideas, input and constructive feedback of a great team.
• In my latest position I was responsible for researching and determining the proper procedures that should be followed for every variable that may come up in a customer care department of a worldwide conferencing center. I created an online policy and procedure resource manual with step by step visuals. I enjoyed the team atmosphere the customer care agents share and have found some of their feedback not only has proven invaluable, but has helped me grow and learn new programs I would never have considered as a resource.
Personality
This is what I know…• I am too complex to profess to understand myself,
but as far as personality goes, I believe I am somewhat similar to a chameleon.
• Contrary to what most people believe, Chameleons do not change color to camouflage with their surroundings; this is a bizarrely widespread myth. Chameleons change colors and patterns based on their mood. Each chameleon displays it’s very own unique colors and patterns.
• I do not blend into the environment either and my personality changes when my brain shifts gears.
• I would describe myself as an interesting and intelligent conversationalist, a good listener who is kind, polite, amusing and easy going; who also possesses a childlike enthusiasm and a fun, outgoing, adventurous soul; until I am involved in a project.
• When I am working on a project I have often heard the complaint that I am too focused on my work. I become determined, passionate, resourceful and completely engaged in the task at hand.
