Program components

Co-marketing and sales

AT&T and solution providers will exchange marketing collateral (marks, services information, etc.) for use on public web sites as a way to demonstrate solution elements and reinforce their relationship. It’s a “sell-with” model for jointly pursuing customer opportunities

Training

AT&T will provide product and technical collateral to solution providers.

Solution enablement

Solution providers, AT&T and AWS will work together to develop and implement the solution enablement process.

Operations and support

AT&T and solution providers will make a combined effort to enable end-to-end service realization for any mutual customers.

Service Point

With AT&T NetBond®for Cloud, AWS customers can count on fast, highly secure and reliable connections to your SaaS applications.

Requirements

To qualify for the program, solution providers must host their services in the AWS cloud.

Those solution providers hosting services in a single tenant environment must: • Support connectivity via AWS Direct Connect (DX) and provide service in AWS Regions where AT&T NetBond is available.

• Accept two Virtual Interfaces (VIFs) per customer and support per-customer VPC/resource instantiations to facilitate private connectivity.

• Provide support contacts for operational interface requirements and for management of capacity and interfaces that support mutual customers.
