2014 DAILY SCHEDULE continued

The Western Hunting & Conservation Expo (WHCE) is organized to benefit wildlifeconservation in conjunction with the Mule Deer Foundation (MDF) and Sportsmanfor Fish & Wildlife (SFW) by generating funds through the auction of items donatedby individuals and companies. SFW and MDF are non-profit charitable organizationsorganized under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue service code.

1. Auction BiddersAny bid made at a WHCE Auction, whether in person at a live auction, by telephone,or at a silent auction, constitutes an unconditional offer to buy the item in question atthe price bid. A person who bids on behalf of another person or group will be ulti-mately held responsible for payment in its entirety, though such person may seek restitution of such from third parties.

2. Winning BidsUnless a higher and subsequent bid is made, your bid creates a binding contract of purchase and obligates you to sign the Auction Receipt. In the case of a telephone bid,authorizes your authorized representative who made the bid to sign on your behalf. Inthe event that the successful bid was made by telephone, the bid price must be receivedby either MDF or SFW, whoever offered the item for auction, before the close of thefifth business day after the close of the auction.

3. All Sales FinalThe auctioneer has the final authority on the amount paid for an item and/or the identity of the purchaser of the item. Auctioneers and spotters will make every attemptto acknowledge all desired bids, but WHCE, SFW and MDF are not responsible forany missed bids or bids that fail to be executed.

4. Auction ReceiptThe Auction Receipt will be brought to you or your representative for signature imme-diately after your winning bid. A binding contract is formed by your bid and formalizedby signing of the Auction Receipt. This binding contract requires that the bid amountbe paid prior to the close of the auction. Participation in the auction and/or signatureon the Auction Receipt, Silent Auction Bid Sheet or other Bid Form guarantees thatthe purchaser has read and understands these Auction Terms and Conditions and thatthe purchaser agrees to be legally bound by all terms, conditions, rules and regulationsin relation to the auction and the auction item.

5. Full Responsibility of PurchaserIt is the Purchaser's Responsibility to Contact the Donor no later than 30 days after theauction Regarding Purchased Items, Services or Hunts to discuss the scheduling oftheir hunt or fishing trips. Dates and times for applicable items are to be used when in-dicated. In the absence of designated dates and times, the same are to be arranged atthe mutual convenience of the donor and winning bidder/purchaser. It is the responsi-bility of the successful bidder, in a proper and timely manner, to apply and pay for all required tags and licenses on any hunting or fishing trip auctioned. WHCE, SFW andMDF is not, and will not act as, a conduit or go between with respect to the purchaserand donor.

6. Purchaser Failures to ComplyAny failure of compliance with the provision above may result in additional costs incurred due to non-compliance and will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

7. No Warranties or Guarantee on GoodsAll goods in the live and silent auctions and fund-raising areas have been acquired orobtained from third parties. The purchaser acknowledges that the goods have not beeninspected by WHCE and it is advised in the case of Jewelry, firearms, knives, bullets,and/or other weapons to obtain a competent inspection and test of the goods beforeuse. The goods sold in both the live and silent auctions are sold “As Is” with all faultsand defects, and without any express or implied warranty on the part of WHCE, MDFor SFW. WHCE, MDF and SFW do not accept any liability or responsibility for anyproduct, design or use. Any written warranties on the goods delivered to the high bid-der are those solely of the manufacturer, and /or their agents, and shall be the sole lia-bility and responsibility of the manufacturer.

8. No Warranties or Guarantees on ServicesAll services, hunts or otherwise, in the live and silent auctions and fund-raising areashave been acquired for and are to be furnished by third parties and contain the samereservation set forth under “goods” outlined above. No services in the live auction are tobe or will be performed by WHCE, MDF or SFW. WHCE, MDF and SFW shallbear no responsibilities for the delivery or quality of any of the services, or for any lossor damages arising from or related to or connected with the performance or non-perfor-mance of such services.

9. Hold HarmlessThere will be no exchanges or refunds in any item. Although WHCE, SFW and MDFhave made every effort to ensure the quality of donated hunts and trips, WHCE, SFW

and MDF cannot and does not guarantee the satisfaction of either the donor or thepurchaser. Purchaser agrees to hold WHCE, SFW and MDF harmless regarding anydissatisfaction or failures by donor to fulfill purchases.

WHCE reserves the right to add items to the auctions as additional donations becomeavailable.

LIVE AUCTION PAYMENT SCHEDULESAll auction items must be paid for by the close of the event where purchased. Paymentswill be taken at the Auction Payment Table during the Friday Day Auction, FridayNight Banquet, Friday Ladies Lunch and Auction and Saturday Night Banquet. Payments can be made by cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Arrangements for item pick-up can be made at the time of payment. Anyitems left in the inventory, either unpaid, or uncollected, will be taken to Mule DeerFoundation Headquarters and shipped at the purchasers expense. We ask that you payfor State Tags with cash or check.

**A 3% buyers premium will be added to all State Tag items paid for with a credit card.No buyer's premium will be added when paying with cash or check.

CLAIMING AUCTION ITEMS PURCHASEDAn Auction Runner will bring the auction receipt to the table of the winner for signature immediately upon winning the bid. As mentioned above, the auction receiptformalizes a binding contract made at the time of your bid. Auction items purchasedmay be claimed during the auctions, or afterwards at the location listed below, withproof of purchase. The Auction Volunteer Team will be available in each auction to assist you in obtaining your item.

Any uncollected items can be claimed, with paid auction receipt, in room 151B on Sunday, February 16 between 10:00AM - 4:00PM.

SILENT AUCTION PAYMENT SCHEDULESilent auction results will be posted at the close of each event. Payments will be takenat the Auction Payment Table. Arrangements for item pick-up can be made at the timeof payment. Any items left in the inventory, either unpaid, or uncollected, will be takento Mule Deer Foundation Headquarters and shipped at the purchasers expense.

Payments may be made with cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. Payment must be made by the end of the event.

**Please consult you tax advisor regarding the tax deductibility of any item purchasedat an auction.

PACKAGING AND SHIPPINGThe Salt Palace Business Center is also available for all your small package (150 lbs or less) shipping needs - located in the Salt Palace Convention Center on the upper concourse level between rooms 252 and 254. Business Center hours are:

SPECIAL CONDITIONS REGARDING FIREARMSBefore taking possession of your purchased firearm, the gun must be registered in compliance with all federal, state, and local firearms laws.

The procedures for claiming your firearm are as follows:1. Upon winning/purchasing the firearm you must complete FFL Form #4473. Formswill be given to the winner at the time of purchase. Make sure you read the form carefully before signing. 2. Please complete the form promptly and return the completed form to the FFLDealer. A non-refundable processing fee is required.3. Please see the FFL Dealer to make arrangements to claim your firearm once yourbackground check is completed and approved.4. Out of state transfers will be sent to the winner's local FFL of their choice.

This is a fullyguided 1 on 1 hunt, during the prime last hunt, which runs from September 15-26. The outfitter has anexcellent reputation for hunting trophy Alaskan Yukon Moose and giant Mountain Grizzly. This huntis leading right into the rut so the big bulls are showing themselves with good groups of cows, makingspotting them easier and the opportunity for large bulls is at its best. The hunt involves a lot of time inthe saddle to cover the country to find bug bulls with quite a bit of time glassing from high points in thismountainous country. Grizzly bears are also prevalent in the area with some 8 ½ foot bears being takenover the years. Keep in mind, these are true interior grizzly with good color variety.

Hunt will take place in the GMU 20A in the Alaska Range on the Yanert Fork drainage, east of DenaliPark and south of Fairbanks. Hunter will fly from Fairbanks to camp the 15th and return the 26th toFairbanks, giving you ten total days of hunting. This hunt will be one on one guided on horses out ofour comfortable spike camps, if you desire. This area has produced great opportunity on big bulls overthe 16-year span of our hunting this area. 55” – 65” bulls are prevalent with some 70” plus bulls beingtaken. Hunter is responsible for air taxi from Fairbanks to camp and return, hunting license/tags andexpediting fees for trophies. Caribou can be applied for in December 2014 and added to your hunt foran extra $4500, if successful in the draw.

During thistime of year, Canadian moose are in velvet. Harvesting a moose, elk or Mt.
