Audition Time

Who did we audition?• This week I decided to hold auditions for the parts in Buddy,

these were the people who auditioned.

Zac Levin for the role of Annie’s Dad.

Olivia Martin for the role of Annie.

Lily Wiltshire for the role of Annie’s sister.

Isabelle Wiltshire for the role of Annie.

What were our decisions?• After looking at Zac Levin as a person, we soon realised that even though

he looks old for his age, he doesn’t quite look old enough to be a father role. Therefore Izzy’s father agreed to playing the role of the dad.

• Lily Wiltshire, who auditioned for Annie’s sister, had and effective appearance for the part, as she looked young and happy. However, she appeared very nervous in front of the camera, causing that to be too much of a problem when anting to film. Instead he friend was the perfect part, as she has a theatrical background and regularly attends drama club.

• The role of Annie was a close one, both girls were very effective ad perfect for the part. However we made the decision base on Olivia works most days after school, if she isn’t working she is playing hockey. Therefore we felt that she wouldn’t be very reliable. Also, Izzy is the other member of the group and she’d be around all the time.

• The mum of Annie was Izzy’s mother, as she was most reliable as she is Izzy’s mum so therefore would make time for filming.
