1. Chronic Absenteeism - Lack of instruction affects the whole child socially, emotionally and intellectually.2. Behavior - Misbehavior impedes learning and directly impact proficiency3. Academic Proficiency (Math/ELA) - Students not performing at grade level impacts his or her long-term socio-emotional and intellectual growth.
