    Hi Optimists, Im back ! From Colorado, where it was warm enough &the snow melted enough to spread Daddys ashes. Mom is being cared for bymy two brothers. Thanksfor all your Well Wishes & Prayers.

    The July 21st, Buffet & Fashion Show a new version of the ClubTea was a wonderful success. Thanks to Marcia Little, Margaret Schaff &Vanity Fair of Foley, Plus a whole lot of CLUB-VOLUNTEERS!

    The past 13 months are truly living proof, the merging of the Optimistclubs of Perdido Bay & Lillian was the best for our KIDs & Community. Thisalliance has enabled US to reach out and HELP more KIDs & the Communityat large. Thanks for all you do. Keep-Up the GREAT JOB!!!

    Many of our guests had their picture taken with our celebrity

    organist who provided background music for the luncheon.Event Co-Chairman Margaret Schaffgives 102-year-old

    Ann Jackman a hug. Consider it a group hug from all of us. Ihope we signed her up for next year. Thanks also to club

    member and model Louis Elliott for his music. We are sofortunate to have so many talented people, not only

    musicians, but wonderful cooks, too, providing food for closeto 150 happy guests.
