Hello, Ladies,

Hope you all had a happy Fourth and are continuing to enjoy the hazy, lazy days of summer.

We’ll be starting off our year with a

Friendship Tea on the first Thursday of September, followed by a fabulous InBetweens “field trip” to Simply Infused in Mt. Laurel the following Tuesday. I’m looking forward to seeing all y’all in the Fall. In Friendship, Fran

HELPING HANDS

If you know of anyone in the Club who has been ill and may need a cheery note or has suffered a loss in her family and may need a consoling thought, please call our Helping Hands Chairperson, Terry Marlowe. Terry will be happy to send a card to let her know we are thinking of her.

Please verify the address because it’s possible that the listing in the Member Directory may need to be updated. Terry’s phone number is 205-704-4111 or 404-384-5378 and her email address is [email protected].

BUDDY SYSTEM

Do you remember walking into a Women’s Club meeting and not knowing a single person? Just figuring out where to sit was uncomfortable! Our Buddy System will take the sting out of that discomfort.

If you are interested in being a buddy to help a new member transition to the neighborhood and HLWC, just let Lynnette Clemmons know @ [email protected], or 295-437-3311. We are excited about this program and know it will help any new member who is feeling a little lost. __________________________________________________________
