♦ Damon Vincent fell off his roof and broke his femur and his wrist. He is in Cox S Rm 838. ♦ Sharon Reeds had an angiogram on Wednesday. She will be scheduled for surgery at a later date. ♦ Barbara Haynes had an angiogram Thursday. ♦ Clifton Jewell will have a procedure to burn the nerves in

his lower back on August 7th. ♦ Doran Livingston has been discharged from the hospital, but will

continue IV antibiotics for the time being. ♦ Linda Baird is home recovering from knee replacement surgery. ♦ Pat Hatfield’s mother, Ella Findlay, is in Cox S. ICU. ♦ Former member Al Roach is in Cox S. Rm 402 with breathing

difficulties.

Welcome to Sunset on this first Sunday of August!! If you are a guest today, we want you to know how very welcome you are! Last Sunday we bid farewell to Bryce and Susanna Kidwell as they left for their new work in Mesa, AZ. Our elders have been spending long hours interviewing several potential youth ministers. Continue to pray for this important search. We also welcomed two new college students to Sunset last week: Bryan Selvidge and C.J. Gunter. Be praying for our new college ministry and for Shaun and Jolee Jordan as they help lead this group.

This past Friday we sent off our group of campers who will be working at the Black Hills Bible Camp this coming week. Keep the following group in your prayers: Lisa Cox, Hart Hansen, Nancy Johnson, Venton and Dorothy Haskins, Dwight, Parker and Jackson Samuel and Jeff, Carleen, Jacob, and Matt Morris. Evan Johnson has done a great job serving as our summer youth intern. He will be leaving on the 14th to head back to Harding. Plan to be here tonight to hear him speak! Have a great week . . . Joe
