CAMPING CAN INCREASE FOCUS AND ENERGY LEVELS
Outs ide of lower ing stress levels and reducing symptoms of depress ion, nature has other
restorat ive propert ies. The Ontar io Parks blog bel ieves nature can improve our focus and
increase energy levels . That’s part ly because camping is one of the best ways to reset your
biological c lock. A smal l study showed that campers natural ly fe l l as leep and woke up ear l ier
than usual , synching up their body c lock with nature’s dai ly rhythm.
Improving focus and energy levels can go a long way in our modern day world. So, i f you feel
l ike you’re in a rut at work, or you just need to mix things up, a camping tr ip could be just
the thing your body and mind needs.
