The Prayer sessions are going great and we thank you for praying with us so

faithfully, keep up the good work and don’t stop! ☺

Sunday - 19 August 2012 – Christ for Romania (CFR)

- Please pray for the DeSeno Family (Jonathan, Andrea, Demetrius and

Hannah)

o Ask the God would protect them, prosper them and provide for them

abundantly so that they can fulfil the calling God has for their lives.

o Pray for love to win out among the hardened people of Romania. That

God fearing Churches will be established and Christian communities

strengthened. Pray for doors to be opened into the different human

communities that exist within the country of Romania.

Monday - 20 August 2012 – Qôdesh

- Pray for:

o Financing of the organisation & Growing interest base – that people

from all walks of life will use the facilities.

o More support from Christians with respect to prayer, advice,

volunteering.

o Gert & Hestie Van Biljon and their family. For strength, courage,

wisdom to push forward with the vision God has given them.

o Development and continual improvement of the facilities through

donations of materials and equipment to keep on improving the

excellent place the God has given them.

o Opportunities for Gospel outreach in the Wilgers Valley area.

Tuesday - 21 August 2012 – EAR2HEAR CARE

- Ask that:

o God would open doors for donations for FOOD, CLOTHING, BLANKETS,

BEDDING, TOYS and items that would help people in the tough times

we are living in.

o God would raise up volunteers to be specifically focused in reaching out

to the needs of the poorest and the most vulnerable. People who can

be trusted, with integrity, dedication and honour.

o New opportunities, doors and contacts might be brought across our

path so that we can fulfil the mandate of the ministry.

o Souls would be won for the Kingdom through the loving deeds and

through compassion for others.

Wednesday – 22 August 2012 – The lighthouse ministries Intl & Bana Ba Kgosi

Drop-In Centre

- Pray for Bana Ba Kgosi:

o The Leadership Rosli Strydom, Ps. Doris Molefe, Gidea Lotter and all the

board members – that the Lord would grant them abundant wisdom

and initiative.

o The floodgates of heaven to opened so that the children may be

provided for and that a reverse will be seen in the negative situations

of families situated in Winterveld. So pray for a continual supply of

food, useful clothing and toiletries and schooling sponsorships.

o The ROOF that must be raised for the eating area, so the children can

eat out of the heat of the sun or from out of the rain.

o The FIELD WORKERS who are working for a very, very small stipend.

Most times they cannot always be paid. Also pray for the cooks and

kitchen staff who feed over 560 daily – they too are paid very small

amounts and work extremely hard.

- Pray for Lighthouse Ministries Intl:

o Ask God that finances may come their way so that they can faithfully

meet their mandate.

o Ask that God would help them with their ongoing CARD PROJECT – a

fundraising initiative for the Bana Ba Kgosi Children.

o Pray for the MANY PASTORS who Lighthouse has sponsored over the

years though Bible school. Ask the Lord to bless them, bless their work

and to cause them to be successful for all they do for the Kingdom of

God.

o Ask God’s blessing for all Gospel endeavours brought about through

the initiatives of LIGHTOUSE MINISTRIES.

Thursday – 23 August 2012 – The individual Missionaries

- Please pray for the following missionaries:

o Simeon Totius of OM. Who has completed his training and is now

preparing for the OM ships in January 2013. Ask God to assist him

financial support, with moral support, organisational support and pray

support.

o Jeanne De Winnaar – who is working in KWA-ZULU NATAL. She is acting

as a supporting missionary as they reach out to local people.

o Kobus and Audrey Pretorius – Are situated near GroblersHoop,

Northern Cape. Please pray for them as they are still working hard in

local outreach as they complete their missions training.

o Riaan Strydom who is a young missionary in training. Ask God to bless

every outreach and endeavour that he is involved with. Currently he is

busy with mostly local projects as part of his training.

o Hannes & Elzaan De Villiers and the many fantastic projects they work

with. Ask the Lord to bless them and their family and the organisation

they represent – that they will be a blessing throughout AFRICA. Ask

God to provide continual financing, support, volunteers and open

doors.

- Please pray that God would raise up more people for mission work to go out

into places all over the world.

Friday – 24 August 2012 – Valuable to Jesus Project (GAUTENG)

- Ask he Lord to:

o Send us more volunteers which can allow us to train people to

effectively deliver the message, assist in knitting dolls and making

hearts, help with promotions and general administration of the project

in Gauteng.

o Open doors throughout high schools and primary schools so that the

message can be delivered to every school in Gauteng and throughout

South Africa.

o Bless the message may it challenge all people to comply with the love

of Christ Jesus. May the Gospel convince the world of Sin righteousness

and Judgement!

o Help the Gauteng Co-ordinators from Stella Church.

o Help the coordinators that are doing amazingly in Pretoria central /

Moot area (Jacques Myburgh, the English and Afrikaans team).
