The fastest way to get to the airport from Central is the airport express. Trains depart from Hong Kong
Station in Central every 12 minutes for the 24-minute trip to Hong Kong International Airport. A one-way or
same day return ticket from Central costs approx. HKD 100,- (HKD 50,- for children aged 3-11 years). A
round trip ticket valid for one month is approx. HKD 180,-

Remarks: From furniture and stone pieces to terracotta and objects d’art, Oi Ling Artiques has earned a
reputation that draws collectors from far and wide. The family-run business has exhibited at shows in Paris,
Monte Carlo and New York, while all of its terracotta pieces are accompanied by Oxford TL Test
Certificates. From September 28 Oi Ling Antiques will stage an exhibition “ A Home imbued with the
Perfume of Books”, which features Chinese antique manuscripts that celebrate the ancient art of paper
making and printing. exhibits will include 24 standard history books with handwritten commentaries from
Chen Yuan, an important sinologist of the 20th century. On Sept 28 also, the antique store will launch a

Remarks: The museum focuses on the doctor’s life in Hong Kong and his contributions to China and

Remarks: It was founded in 2004 and open to the public the following year at the historic Murray House
building in Stanley. In February 2013, the museum opened in its new location at Central Ferry Pier 8. The
renovated Star Ferry Pier project was undertaken by a unique public-private partnership with the goal of
providing the people of Hong Kong with a first-class museum that reflects its rich maritime past and its
future.
The museum’s galleries use fine art, ceramics, ship models, interactive displays and 21st technologies to
tell its story.

The Peak Tram and the Peak Tower

Dragon’s Back Trail
Directions: To reach the beginning of the route from Central, take the MRT to Shau kei Wan Station. From

pavilion. The hike is 8.5 km (appropriate 3 hours). For the return journey, walk along Big Wave Road for 15
