Cinnamon-starsIngredients:4 Eggwhite1 Spoon Lemonjuice2 Teaspoons Cinnamonpowder
350 grammes grounded almonds300 grammes icing sugar
Whisk the eggwihite (with a little bit of salt) -
add sugar and Lemonjuice . When the snow is compact - take 6 big spoons -
and keep it seperatly.Now you have to fold in 3/4 ot the almonds and
the cinnamon (if you like - a little bit of rum).Heat the oven up to 170 C (circulating air)
Spread the rest of the almonds at the workplace
and roll the doug on it. Cut out stars and top them
with the rest of the eggwhite-sugar snow!.
Give the stars to a baking tray (do not forget to give
baking paper on it first!).Let it in the oven for about 15 minutes!Enjoy it!
Punsch (punch)
Ingredients:1 bottle of good red wine1 liter tea (rasperry, strawberry, what you like)1 liter of orangejuice (maybe with juicy bites)
add by yourself:sugar (not to sweet!)cinnamon sticks cloves sliced Oranges (BIO)Rum
heat it - but do not boil it! (about 80 Centigrades)
Before serving - do not forget to filter it!
