BACKGROUND OF THE STUDY The effort of developing English teachers’
professional competence.
Policies taken by Government East of Java that selected 22 English teachers.
Teachers of Pre-Internationally Standarized Schools (RSBI) are sent to study abroad.
Sandwich Program at university of Malang and Angeles University Foundation
METHOD Describing English teachers’ feelings,
expectations and their perspective on professional development.
Giving questionnaire with three open ended questions.
