1. Completed Form 14A (original), duly signed

2. One (1) recent photograph (color) – taken at least last 3 months, against white background and must show the full face

3. Photocopy of the passport (bio-page and residence visa) – passport must be valid for at least 6 months and residence visa is at least 3 months valid

4. Completed Form 39A (Letter of Introduction)(a) For Business Visa - Letter of Introduction (LOI) must be issued by a local contact in Singapore. For visa applicants attending business negotiation / discussion in Singapore, the local contact must be a Singapore registered business entity. The person acting on behalf of the business entity must be a Singapore Citizen / Singapore Permanent Resident who is at least 21 years old. If you are not able to furnish a LOI from a local contact, you may approach your Embassy/High Commission/Consulate to issue a LOI to support your visa application.

Local Contact cannot be a Foreigner holding Employment Pass (EP) or Student Pass (SP). Singaporeans and Singapore PRs will hold NRIC (e.g. S1234567A), which they should indicate in the LOI.
