Firstly Install the SyncbackPro in the client workstation.

Secondly, Install FileZilla sever in the server workstation

Configure FileZilla on Server Workstation

Click OK to Open Filezilla Server

Click on Edit -- Users --

Click on General and create an Administrator account

Set the Administrator Password

Click on the Shared Folders and add a directory named Backup data

Apply the permissions on the User you created for the shared Directory and click ok

Now move Back to the Client Workstation.open the SyncBackProClick on Project -- New

Enter the Name of the Task.

Click on the Backup

Click on Backup to an FTP Server

Type the IP Address of the Server And enter the User Name - Password which we created in FileZilla. Then Click on Test setting.

Click on No Zip Files

Select the Source from Where you want to backup your critical Data.

Click on the Destination folder by connecting to the Server where you want to keep your DATA Safe and Secure

Enter in the Server (Shared Directory) and choose the Destination Folder and click Ok.

Click On the Fast Backup

Click On When To schedule the Auto Backup Timing.

Click Yes For Simulated Run

Click on Option

Page 36: Auto backup

Click On Start with Windows to run the process on System Startup Automatically.

Click on the Yes to Minimize the tray
