The metrics used must encompass, operations, past and anticipated financial performance, real estate, and the reinvestment of proceeds. The specific metrics used in any transaction may vary, based on buyer and seller profiles. This session will provide the tools to evaluate a buy/sell opportunity from both the seller and buyer perspectives.
