I live in America, but originate from the UK. My hero father just passed away, and hiring a car was just another painful thing to have to do for me. Every Auto Europe customer service rep I spoke with was friendly and helpful. I worked with Tracie most often; she really went the extra mile to make sure that we ended up with a contract that suited us. I really liked the 24/7 availability of Auto Europe reps.
