Autobiography

My name is Jane, and I am a senior-year student studying in business administration at National Central

University currently. I am a person who is detail-oriented and insightful. In any case, I could schedule

the plan effectively and complete it within the period. Also, my role in a group is always a "coordinator",

I am a good team member who assists with others and give them appropriate suggestion timely to

improve our team's performance. Moreover, I am glad to help others when they suffer from difficulties

because I believe that we earn more if we give more.

Our family, made up of my father and my mother; my father is an ex-serviceman and a professor

teaching at Chihlee Institution of Technology, and my mother is a HR manager working in Chailease

Finance Co., Ltd.. When suffering from academic or life-planning problems, I often gained both

theoretical and practical viewpoints from them to strike a balance between the two parties. Since the

childhood, my parent have been strict in the aspects of character, manner, and discipline, so I am used

to conform the rules and also make planning in advance. Thus, I urge myself to learn new things and

accomplish each work step by step every day.

I. Adept at time planning

When I was an intern at CMoney, there was a mission that I had to interview some ordinary people and

write their stories. I needed to complete this task within two weeks. In the beginning, I felt so stressful

that I had no idea about how to find my respondents, and also I was rejected by others. Then, I re-

thought what kind of characteristic my target respondents are, and those candidates accepted my

request ultimately. Next, I set out the time of interviews, the completion date of the first draft,

proofreading time, and the final submission date with other members; however, I encountered some

unexpected situations, such that interviewee was not satisfied with the content, so we kept

communicating with each other. Even under the double pressure, I was able to adjust the schedule

appropriately to complete the task within the period.

II. Have abilities to organize, execute, and coordinate in one team

In the past, I participated in an international Green competition with my classmates. I was the

"facilitator" in our group, and I always integrated different views into some compromising solutions

while we could not reach any consensus in the beginning. Sometimes, when the development of process

deviated from the original goal, I was able to find out the problem and provide advice immediately. Thus,

our team was back on track and ran the project more effectively. In terms of college extracurricular

activities, I have involved in the Dancing party, the NCUBA orientation camp, and a charity care activity.

During the planning phase, there was a cognition gap between members toward the whole event. I was

not affected by others' emotional impact, kept calm to understand the root causes of the dispute, and

then tried to exchange opinions with members. Finally, the team operated smoothly and the event

ended successfully. Through these experience, I have learned how to play the role of coordinator. It is

like a lubricant which allows the entire group to implement each program efficiently.

III. With perceptive insight and attention to detail

I worked as a food and beverage server at Cedar Point Amusement Park in the junior-year summer.

During two months, I met many kinds of customers and classified them in my mind. For instance,

children liked gummy bears particularly so I put more candy on their sundaes for them; customers who

are 20~30 years old preferred OREO milk shake; therefore, I asked them, "Would you like a large cookies

and cream shake?" when they ordered a milkshake. Additionally, there was another kind of customers,

they drifted off and did not care about how much change I gave to them at the checkout center. I noticed

that those guests ate ice cream in the way of 90 degrees inclined. That is, it let ice cream drop on the

floor more easily, hence I tried to make the ice cream shorter but bigger to be more stable. Furthermore,

daily total sales amount was almost consistent with the sum recorded by the cash register, and also I

reminded my supervisor of replenishment when finding some ice cream out of stock soon. Later, I was

promoted to a unit supervisor.

IV. Pleased to help people and share my experience with others.

In college, I have worked as a substitute teacher since it brings me a sense of accomplishment by

providing assistance to students. There were about 10 students in the class, and I could understand

each student's learning situation before too long. As these elementary school students were restless

and impatient, I designed some games so that they could learn English while playing. For students who

had the higher level, I assigned them more difficult homework; for others who was unconfident of

learning English, I encouraged them to learn and accept it through the activity of collecting points for

prizes. I enjoy being a teacher, I can pass knowledge on to my students, and find solution to solve

difficulties they have. It is touched that they do not hate English gradually and hand in their homework

on time. Accordingly, helping others progress by my own ability makes me happy.

My hands-on experience is complemented by my specialized education and training. In addition to a

degree in Bachelor of Business Administration, I have completed workshops and seminars in digital

marketing and Enterprise Resource Planning. With a solid record of success, I am confident that I will

be an asset to your team.

I would welcome the opportunity to discuss your needs and explore how my talents can meet them.

Please contact me using the phone numbers or e-mail address provided below. I look forward to hearing

from you soon. Thank you for your consideration.

Sincerely,

Jane Su
