The sought-after quality standard for dye shopsFor decades the Autoconer with drum winding has been the synonym for quality dye packages with random winding that comply with the high requirements placed on an efficient dyeing pro-cess. With Autoconer winding technology you can create dye packages with continuously reproduc- ible quality characteristics.

PreciFX gives process optimisation at the touch of a buttonEach process and each dyeing installation is in- dividual. With PreciFX you can produce your dye packages precisely for the requirements of your process chain, absolutely pattern-free in terms of build and structure. Thanks to the more flexible combination of winding parameters, you benefit from increased productivity.

Soft flanks for absolutely uniform dyeing PreciFX eliminates the exact, very restricted package flank. You can vary the softness of the edge areas with software-controlled yarn laying. This ensures a uniform flow of the dye bath.

Round flanks eliminate a process stepPreciFX allows you to directly wind dye packages with round flanks. The mechanical edging that is otherwise frequently required can be eliminated and the excellent package structure is maintained.

Constant density with precision and step-precision windingWith precision and step-precision winding, you configure a very uni-form hole structure during package build – simply by selecting the angle of displacement, the yarn distance, and the winding ratio.

Efficiency and cost-effectiveness in warping and weavingWith FX technology modules from Schlafhorst you can create process- optimised, high-quality hard packages that offer convincing unwinding reliability when subject to high take-up speeds and constant power- ful load changes. The optical precision length measuring system Ecopack FX helps you to reduce length deviations to less than 1 %. The excellent spliced joints, virtually indistinguishable from the parent yarn, are another important benefit of the Autoconer X5 packages for warping and weaving.

Increased productivity with PreciFXWith individual control of package density, package diameter and package format, you increase the productivity in warping and weaving operations, e.g. to achieve a particularly high package volume when using large biconical packages or tapered packages that are filled with additional yarn on the side of the smaller diameter. The selectable configuration of the flank areas reduces the yarn load at the reversal points. Dreaded yarn and edge breaks in downstream processing occur much less frequently.

Autoconer X5 – sought-after knitting packagesWith the Autoconer X5 you can produce efficient quality packages for knitting applications: – Tapered package format – Uniform waxing of yarns – Relatively large package format – Uniformly wound lengths on packages

For tapered package formats 4°20’ or 5°57’, the Autoconer X5 offers special winding drums with asymmetric groove geometry. With PreciFX you can easily adjust this on the Informator with-out having to change the hardware.

Autotense FX allows precise, material-specific wax-ing. This reduces yarn breaks caused by excessive load on the yarn and increases efficiency during knitting.
