流路系の洗浄を実施し、目視にて、pump syringe 内に気泡が混入していないことを確認します。

1 mLのautoMACS Running Bufferをチューブに入れ、Chill RackのAにセットし、空のチューブ2本を、それぞれChill RackのB、Cにセットします。

Separation Program; Possel、washing program; Qrinseを選択し、”Run” を押します。

Buffer類が十分量あるか確認するダイアログが表示されるため、”Continue” を押します。

6) 分離プログラム終了後、各チューブの残存／排出液量を確認します。
