Table Mechanism
Achieved:• The table used is rotating efficiently by the worm
gear motor at the below operated at dc at 12 volt.
• The bottle is adjusted in the slots established and have also given the side support to held the bottles tightly.

Troubleshooting: The first idea was theconveyor but the support for the bottle was the issue. it was costly and not feasible. The table sometimes imbalance. We are trying
to use bearings to adjust it.
Filling section
Achieved: 220 v ac operated solenoid valve 24 v plc operation is given. Level is adjusted in line with the caper.Troubleshoot: the removal of fluid has been given from below
but now we are adjusting it from the lower side bottom to the valve.
Chute mechanism
• Achieved: The idea was to put the cap automatically on the
bottle. we made the chute mechanism as illustrated in the diagram.
Continue
• Troubleshooting:
The cap has some resistance to flow directly to the cap.
The initial pushing is required for the cap.
Capping section
Achieved:
One worm gear and one dc motors are used. one for sliding and one for rotation. Timing has been adjusted through plc.
Continue
• Troubleshooting:
• For the reverse mechanism. we tried to make the h bridge but it failed.
• Then we are doing again with the plc to reverse the
motor polarity.
Sensing mechanism
• The filler and capping phenomena is controlled through the limit switches.
• They are settled so that when there is the first rotation. The capping section don't work as there is no bottle beneath it at the start.
Control section
• Plc program:
