BEDSHEETS

A bed sheet is a flat-woven textile.

It is made without a center seam.

They have hems at top and bottom.

The selvages, or finished edges of the wovensheet as it is made on the loom are used asside seams and thus there is no need forhemming on the sides.

The I-Quilt is a high speed mattress quilting machine. With full

computer control the I-quilt Multi Needle Quilting machine allows for

fast change over times between patterns reducing downtime in your

mattress quilting operations.

I-Quilt is an Multi Needle Chain Stitch Quilting solution for the

mattress industry, comforters, upholstery, bedspreads, mattress

border quilting.

I-Quilt Machine

Functions: The needle bar running with needle bar frame, no need to add

extra lube and avoid the materials be soiled by lube. Saddling rack and roller are driver by servo equipment. Principal axis uses the frequency conversion device. Adjust speed by computer and the speed can reach 800r/min,

Specifications

The Bordamax Vertical Stitch Border quilting Machine utilises ahigh speed double lock chain stitch, self lubricating sewing head.

It automatically hems the mattress border as it produces highquality vertical stitched mattress borders up to 304 mm wide.
