BACKGROUND

Clothes are the one of fundamental human desire. Hygiene in clothing almost are significant. The reason for it occurred because of human healthy. Hence, they need to dry perfectly after being washing. Nevertheless, as we can see, the weather now are not commonly fix for predicting. This happen especially when family are going to work.

BACKGROUND

METHODOLOGY

Welding processBefore you weld two pieces of metal it's important to tack them. Tacks (series of small welds) hold the workpieces together, ensuring they won't warp as you weld. But the one fundamental skill in welding is puddle control. Welding uses a heat source to melt the edge of both workpieces and a filler rod into one molten puddle. Then you simply march the puddle along the seam. It sounds simple, but welding is a delicate dance between heat, filler rod and puddle control.

Water Sensor Circuit

These water sensor was connected from PLC (input) as a switch. These circuit also was attach at the root of Smart Hanger’s hut.

It is free way and open circuit. When the water is falling to these circuit, it will automatically became close circuit

The shaft which attach to power window motor will rotate and causes the hanger will move inside the hut.

These things will occurred until the hanger will push limit switch and powew window motor will stop rotate.

DARK SENSOR

The sensors has three green wires (1, 2 and 3). Wire 2 should always be connected to one of the inputs. If wire 1 is also connected then the sensor acts as a dark sensor. If wires 2 and 3 are connected to the inputs then sensor operates as a light sensor.

EXPECTED OUTPUT®

People acquire to save their time by no need to do some work (pick up their clothes)twicely.

People do not worry about their clothes when they are going out to somewhere.

Dirty clothes no need to wash for many times if the rain is falling down
