This is in continuation to the above subject and reference. As per the ADS we are herewith enclosing the following documents for our request to Name Change in EC.

1. Submit the copy of No Objection Certificate issued by the transferor

No Objection Certificate I Affidavit By Transferor on Rs.1 001· Non Judicial Stamp paper (Mis. Hyderabad Chemical Products Limited) has "No obj ection" in transfer of EC.

2. Submit the affidavit to abide by the terms and conditions under which the prior environmental clearance was initially granted

Undertaking I Affidavit By Transferee on Rs.1001- Non Judicial Stamp paper (Mis. Nichino Chemica/India Pvt. Ltd) wiii "Comply with environmental safeguards" mentioned in EC letter

3. Please also confirm whether management and ownership is also changing

Consequent to demerger of the Pesticides Division of Hyderabad Chemical Products Limited

(HCPL) into Nectar Crop Sciences Limited, the Environmental! Clearance issued to

Humnabad Unit of HCPL has to be transferred in the name of the newly formed Company i.e.

Nectar Crop Sciences Limited. Subsequently Nectar Crop Sciences Limited had been

converted into a Private Limited Company and became " Nectar Crop Sciences Private

Limited" on 25th March 2015. On 16th December, 2017 " Nectar Crop Sciences Private

Limited" had become " Nichino Chemical India Private Limited" on account of change of

name. Hence the EC issued to the Humnabad Plant of HCPL has to be transferred to

" Nichino Chemical India Private Limited" .

However there is no change in ownership of Nichino Chemical India Private Limited

(Formerly Nectar Crop Sciences Private Limited) on account of demerger & name change.

Both during the time of demerger and subsequent name change the ownership of the

Company had not undergone any change. As regards changes in management, there are

normal changes in management structure from time to t ime.

Kindly consider our request and arrange to issue the Amended Environmental C learance in the name of M/s. Nichino Chemical India IPvt. ltd.,

I ~lso understand that the resultant company i.e. Nectar Crop Sciences Limited had been converted from Public Limited Company to Private Limited Company on 25-03-2015 and consequently it had become Nectar Crop Sciences Private Limited. Subsequently the company name has been changed from Nectar Crop Sciences Private Limited to Nichino Chemical India Private Limited on 16-12-2017.
