Automating Infectious Diseases Surveillance with FME at the City of Hamilton
Public Health Unit
Provides surveillance activities primarily for infectious diseases
Surveillance is the process of data collection, analysis and interpretation to produce useful information to inform Public Health actions

Provides GIS analysis and mapping services through dedicated resource
