Muscat Motors Limited operates from a property owned by the Organisation in Rue D’Argens, Gzira. It is the sole distributor in Malta of

the following prestigious international brands: BMW, Land Rover, Mini, Citroen and Daihatsu. It has recently invested €5.3 million in a new

showroom, service areas, storage space and offices. A substantial area of the office space is leased out to third parties.

Continental Cars Limited operates from high profile Mizzi Organisation owned premises in Gzira and is the sole distributor in Malta

of the world renowed marques Volkswagen, Audi, Porsche and SEAT. The premises have recently been reconstructed to house four

showrooms, state of the art service areas and storage space all entailing a capital expenditure amounting to €6.2 million. Once again a

significant portion of office space is available for lease to third party tenants.

Industrial Motors Limited is one of the Companies owned by the Organisation representing Mitsubishi and Suzuki, two of the most

popular Japanese car brands in Malta. The Company also has a service station on site and was recently awarded the sole representation

of Renault Trucks in Malta.

NISSAN MOTOR SALES LIMITED

Nissan Motor Sales Limited operates from a property owned by the Organisation in Antonio Bosio Street, Msida. It is the sole distributor

in Malta for Nissan vehicles and provides a full after-sale service in accordance with Nissan standards.

THE GENERAL SOFT DRINKS COMPANY LIMITED

The Coca-Cola Company is a global Company with some of the world’s most widely recognised brands. The Coca-Cola business

in Malta is a local franchise operated by The General Soft Drinks Company Limited, a Company owned by the Mizzi Organisation.

The Coca-Cola business was first introduced in Malta in 1952 and acquired by the Mizzi family in 1970.

The new state of the art General Soft Drink plant and warehouse in Marsa were completed in 2008 with a capital investment of

€27 million including a new fleet of delivery trucks. At present The General Soft Drinks employs 260 persons and The Coca Cola

Company has recently extended The General Soft Drinks franchise agreement for Malta.06beverage

Arkadia Marketing Limited is one of Malta’s major fashion, home, and food retailers. Arkadia Commercial Centre has become Gozo’s

main shopping destination providing optimum quality, choice and value to its customers. The commercial centre operates its own

foodstore with another outlet at Portomaso, St. Julian’s.

Arkadia is the creator of the popular fashion jewellery and accessories brand things* with outlets in Malta and Gozo. Other concept

stores developed by the company include ‘PEARL Health & Beauty’, ‘BOULEVARD Shoes & Bags’ and soon to follow a new convenience

store called ‘CIRCLE-A’, all situated within Arkadia Commercial Centre.

Arkadia is also the master franchisee for fashion brands Peacocks, Piazza Italia, and Orsay with outlets in Malta’s main shopping areas

as well as an overseas portfolio of Peacocks outlets in the central European country of Slovakia. Arkadia is presently considering more

retail opportunities outside Malta in both central Europe and the Maghreb region.

The Mizzi Organisation has always been involved in the tourism and leisure sector. The Organisation owns and operates

The Waterfront Hotel, a four star hotel situated along the Sliema promenade. Even with the decrease of incoming tourists this

year it has managed to retain an average occupancy of 80%. The hotel also has a newly refurbished café – Star Café and another

restaurant – Basilico specialising in pizza, pasta and grills. The hotel has this year, also embarked on events and outside catering,

through its brand name - Seasons Caterers.

MIZZI ESTATES LIMITED

The Mizzi Organisation has over the years accumulated a substantial property asset portfolio with a carrying amount as at December

2008 in excess of €95 million. Out of this, €22.4 million represents the carrying amount of properties, most of which are surplus to the

Organisation’s requirements and which are earmarked for potential future sale or development.

These include sites in Mellieha, Qormi, Blata l-Bajda and Birzebbugia.

Mizzi Estates Limited is the owner of most of the immovable property owned by the Organisation and currently rents properties both to

Mizzi Organisation operating companies as well as to third party tenants.

Latest projects undertaken include the newly rebuilt and completed Continental Cars showrooms, stores and offices plus properties

currently under construction in Naxxar, Gzira and Swieqi.

TITAN INTERNATIONAL LIMITED

Titan International Limited is one of the leading Mechanical Contractors on the island, specialising in air conditioning and

lift installation, representing a number of leading brands in this sector.

Zanussi Centre in San Gwann is also part of Titan International Limited involved in the retail of household products and

white goods. Titan Industrial Supplies also situated in San Gwann, is involved in electrical and mechanical products.

Titan are also renewable energy specialists.

FINANCE & INSURANCE

United Acceptances Finance Limited now rebranded as RIGHT finance is Mizzi Organisation’s car finance arm. The number of clients

the firm has helped slip behind the wheel of their favourite vehicle is larger than anyone could imagine. The Company has about 5,000

active clients at any one time.

The Organisation also has a share holding in FirstUnited Insurance Brokers Limited which is one of the foremost insurance brokers

operating in Malta. They also act as insurance managers and risk consultants.
