- GemiClean VW-S: Vessel Ø from 600 - 1.050 mm. Vessel height up to 1.550 mm.

- GemiClean VW-M: Vessel Ø from 800 - 1.450 mm. Vessel height up to 1.550 mm.

- GemiClean VW-L: Vessel Ø from 950 - 1.750 mm. Vessel height up to 1.550 mm.

� Fixation of the vessel by the lock-up cover and vessel clamping device.

� Cleaning of inside by means of rotating brushes (centrifugal force) and spray nozzle

system.

� Different brush qualities (e.g. Stainless steel, PE.) and shapes depending on the

type of product and vessel configuration.

� Cleaning liquid. Suitable for cleaning with different solvents or water.

� Lock-up cover provided with controlled valve for connection to exhaust system to

remove vapour fumes.

� Options:

- Tilting platform for drainage of flat bottom vessels with side outlet.

- Drainage through hollow shaft for vessels without bottom outlet.

- Sedimentation system for recycling of cleaning solvent.

- Also available in explosion-proof execution according to ATEX Category 1/2/3.

Semi-automatic filling with automatic container transport and

automatic lid closing device and discharge roll conveyor.

Easy clean filling valve.

Typical features:

� Sturdy construction and easy to operate.

� High accuracy and reproduceability.

� Fully pneumatic operated (explosion proof in accordance with ATEX).

� Self-priming, filling directly out of a drum / tote or product hopper.

� Fast change to a different fill volume by means of 6 pre-set filling volumes.

� Easy to clean by means of an automatic rinse cycle and removeable filling cylinder.

� Movable frame with height adjustable working table executed in stainless steel.

� Easy to expand with feed- and discharge roll conveyor, sub-level filling lance, lid

VOLUMETRIC FILLING METHODThe filling machines are based on a vertical placed

self-priming dosage cylinder. A piston is verticaly

moving inside a cylinder.

The stroke length and the diameter of the piston

determine the fill volume.

With a multiple stroke counter larger fill volumes

can be realised.

OPTIONAL SET-UP

The GemiFill filling machine can be extended

with the following options:

� Feed- and discharge roll conveyor.

� Sub-level filling lance.

� Lid closing device.

� Screw cap closer.

� Multiple stroke counter

� Stepless volume adjustment etc.

Other options upon request.
