EXISTING SITUATION

CONCEPTS• to create a light, simple, modern, minimal and functional concept that connects all the program requirements;

• to think the layout plan on a dynamic way with an organic cut and irregular angles on walls/corners;• to play with the general space as an empty box in which we put a setting of simple and basic elements, lines and

volumes – idea of free standing plans and boxes inside a mother box – to add the less elements as possible; • to place a modern approach and stylized language in all the elements added;

• the ensuite bedrooms can be settled with a different type of placing a bed and a WC section – idea of bed on a platform / bed in a niche box / bed in a thin metal frame;

• the WC sections can be done inside free standing light structure boxes and glass boxes;• the intention is to create a set with an open and fluid circulation with the basic elements needed for a rental space;

•. the finishings will be all modern and plain, as simple as possible – less is more – low and easy maintenance;• the intention is to open the front façade windows till the floor and align up the top line with the same line of the indoor

pool’s façade windows;• the left road windows probably can be enlarged also;

• the indoor right windows (main entrance) will be taken out and there’s an idea of placing in that line a u-shape glazed wall, bringing more natural light to indoor and functioning also as a design statement feature (with colorful retro lighting);• idea of placing an inner patio to gain more life quality on the living and sleeping areas – natural lighting and ventilation;

• idea of planting a green roof concept on top of the building, solving water leaking problems on a ecological and aesthetics solution.

lounge decked and shaded terrace – can be divided with individual sections, surrounded by solid flower cases
