Welcome to AVOXI
Make the most of your AVOXI Core Pro experience. Read our welcome package to learn how to easily access and unlock advanced features such as call
forwarding and call recording as well as how to read your bill.
On the login page, enter the credentials that we will provide to access your AVOXI Core Pro Self-Care User Portal! You may also visit http://www.avoxi.com/avoxi-customer-login/ and select the AVOXI Core Pro login as shown above!

GETTING STARTED WITH AVOXI CORE PRO:
SELF-CARE USER PORTAL
The home screen, or Dashboard tab, provides a brief overview of your account. This includes moveable widgets containing contact information, account balance, and a log of recent calls.

The My Profile tab allows you to view and update your general information. For example, you could edit your billing address or reset your password.

IP Centrex is the heart of the Self-Care User Portal! In this tab, you can manage settings for all of your phone numbers and extensions, including forward settings, routing, and messaging preferences.

Within the Billing Information tab, you can access important account activity details. You can pull reports on call detailed records, download past invoices, and even make a payment!

amount you wish to pay, credit card details, and billingaddress. When finished, click Pay Now.

How do I configure my firewall for VoIP traffic?VoIP traffic is very different from regular IP traffic. It may be necessary to do more than simply open ports on your firewall to allow VoIP traffic to run properly across your network. Some firewalls are VoIP-aware and require less setup, but if your firewall is a traditional one that is not VoIP aware, you may need to have the administrator setup specific rules that allow for all of the proper signaling and dynamic port assignment. The first step in getting your network ready for VoIP traffic is to download and complete our Network Survey.

AVOXI supports SIP as the protocol of choice for VoIP.
We support a wide range of codecs, however; our default codec is G729. If you have specific questions about alternate codec support, please contact support.
