For most unconscious people, emotions drive practically all behavior. In the neurosciences it has

been found that when a person loses the functioning of the emotional part of their brain, and

therefore can't experience emotions, their ability to make higher-order decisions is greatly

impaired. Their life is in chaos.

The emotional charge comes from an underlying belief of who we are and / or what we believe

about our environment. The underlying belief system projects out from us to our environmentand colors our perception of our environment (see figure of R2D2 projecting the image from its

head). Here are some examples of belief systems: 'No one loves me'; 'I'm inadequate to handlemy life'; 'There's not enough'; 'I'm not enough'; 'I am powerful'; 'I am important'; etc. Beliefsystems are beliefs about ourselves and our environment / world. Belief systems about our

environment / world are generally referred to as paradigms. Belief systems may be based on a lie

/ an illusion, or a truth. If we have a belief that 'I'm not enough', then naturally we will react witha negative emotion that relates to our powerlessness. The emotion then drives us to take a certain

action, generally to compensate for the feeling of powerlessness and inadequacy. For example, if

I feel powerless inside, then I may get very angry or afraid, and I'll either run away or fight back,

or it may lead to an elaborate plan to build up material objects that give me the illusion of safetyand power, such as guns or money. Belief systems essentially form our conclusions no matter

what the situation may be. So we form our conclusions for a situation (the same conclusion

depending on which belief system is triggered), then we look for evidence (using the THINKmechanism) to support the conclusion. So no matter what is going on, we will pick out whatever

we can find to support that conclusion. Having justified our conclusion with the THINK

mechanism, we then react to our environment consistent with our conclusion, which then has areaction from our environment consistent with our conclusion, which then further supports our

conclusion, which bolsters our justification for our conclusion. So we get into a vicious cycle

that strengthens the conclusion and therefore the belief system further. This is the cycle: Belief

System forms the Conclusion; we then gather evidence to support the conclusion and justify it;we then react based on that conclusion having justified it; then our environment reacts

accordingly to counter our reaction, which then supports my conclusion; which then leads to

more evidence, etc., etc. down the spiral as shown in the diagram below.

    Side Note on Relationships:

When others say or do something they are actually projecting who theyre BEing. A cycle starts

when you project your stuff (negative BEing) onto someone else or others. The other person may

get triggered by your reaction and react back. That back and forth reaction is what creates avicious cycle where each projection is building upon itself as shown in the cycle above. The

cycle ends when you stop projecting and take resonsibility for who you're BEing. You can both

dissipate the charge and clear the belief system by expressing your story. The story is yourperception, projection that you're adding to the situation. When you're emotionally charged, that

charge is coming from an emotional charge that was triggered by a belief system. In a

relationship situation, the most effective way to clear a charge is to express your story to theother person, i.e., communication. What is your story, what are you perceiving / projecting to the

situation? Once you know what you're projecting, then you can clear the false belief system and

    act from truth.

Emotions may be positive or negative. Positive emotions may arise from false belief systems,

just as with negative emotions. Positive emotions may come up when our expectations about an

external outcome are met. For example, I win the lottery, which may momentarily provide apositive emotion if I'm attached to money as my source of power. Most people suppress negative

emotions, because they judge the emotion as 'BAD' (i.e., I shouldn't feel this way). Suppressing

may involve drugs that alter behavior, trying to think only 'positive' thoughts, seeking activities

that distract us from facing the emotion, and even suicide for extreme depression cases. Insteadof suppressing our emotions we need to embrace them as the gifts they are to help us heal the

false belief systems that created them by aligning to the Truth of who we are and to Universal

Principles. False belief systems about the self are sometimes called our dark / shadow side. Wedon't want to suppress that side of us. We want to integrate it and expose it to the Light of Truth.

When we finally expose our shadow side to the Truth it no longer drives and controls our

behavior. Instead we use the shadow side as information to help discern illusion from Truth, identify others who want to cause us harm, and be compassionate to others who may be

experiencing their own shadow side. We integrate the light of truth with the dark. Our goal is to

become whole, not 'perfect' human beings.

By experiencing the lows we can experience the highs (Law of Polarity). Being open to receiving

means that we are open to experiencing both the positive and negative experiences in life. This is

what it means to be whole. We also are given the gift of compassion when we have experiencedour low points. Without experiencing the depths of our sorrow we cannot be compassionate to

All rights reserved. Jaime Alvarez, 2010 Page 3

    4/21

another who is experiencing the same. In some cases when we are at such a low point we

eventually reach a point of surrendering control (of the ego/personality to a higher power -Spirit). Having an open heart is about being open to both the positive and negative experiences

of life. We cannot have it any other way.

Emotions drive what we THINK and DO and how we RELATE to others. Emotions, whether

positive or negative, cloud our ability to process information properly and blocks access to ourhigher wisdom and guidance. When one is in an emotional reaction one operates in their

animalistic nature or automatic self / subconscious belief systems. Our actions / choices we make

then determine our results in life as every choice has a consequence. We have free choice to

express ourselves in any way we choose. However, the consequences of that choice are reservedfor Universal Law. We cannot choose the consequences, we can only choose our actions. A

choice based on a negative emotion will generally lead to greater pain and suffering. Insanity is

doing the same thing over and over again expecting different results. Getting to the depths andcosts of false belief systems and the insanity of our suffering by choosing to live in an illusion /

false belief system helps us to become free of it and open to change. To change our results in life

(fulfilling relationships, fulfilling our true mission and purpose, experiencing abundance) we

need to address the root belief systems because that is what drives the emotions and the entirecausal sequence of behavior.

    Belief Systems

We have both a conscious (from 1 to 5 percent of our total mind) and an subconscious mind

(from 95 to 99 percent). The subconscious runs the show 95 to 99 percent of the time. The

subconscious mind acts on beliefs stored over a lifetime. Many of those beliefs you may haveaccepted without thinking. Or you may have absorbed them when you were too young to

exercise choice. Beliefs are thought patterns of who we are and our environment. Beliefs

determine behavior (BE -> DO); energy follows thought. We call these groups of beliefs, beliefsystems as they generally work as a whole to define who we are and our environment. Belief

systems of who we are are called IDentities (we need an IDentity / Ego / Personality in order to

operate in the physical plane). Belief systems about our environment are called paradigms. Beliefsystems are like cups that holds / forms / shapes the energy. Belief systems themselves are not a

problem. The problems arise when we think our belief systems are the "truth" when in fact, they

are a bunch of lies and illusions. In many cases, people defend with their lives their beliefs.

When they believe in lie they are stuck, energy cannot flow and we are powerless. There can beno power unless we are connected to Truth. Belief systems are hidden from our conscious mind.

This is why the emotions are so important. The belief system is the root cause of the emotion.

From this perspective we should embrace our emotions, since they are the gateway to who weare BEing, which is the first step in transforming our belief systems, and through that

transforming our lives. By identifying the emotion from a neutral, non-judgmental space, we can

dig out the root belief system that created it.

We cannot think our way out of the emotion, as our emotions drive our thinking. We must feelour emotions fully to get to the depth of the belief system driving the emotion. For example,

before we can forgive, we need to allow ourselves to really feel the pain of the experience. If we

dont fully acknowledge our emotions, we will continue to carry them subconsciously and theywill drain our energy. By honoring our emotions / pain, we release them, and can access our

deeper belief systems so they can be healed. Once we have the false belief system identified it no

longer has power over us, and we can then integrate a new belief system to replace the old. This

is equivalent to cleaning out our minds to align to Truth. One way to feel our emotions fully is toimagine the worst case scenario that triggered the emotions. Our worst case scenario will

generally lead us to a point of total surrender of control (i.e., the surrender of ego) to a higher

power where we reach the void of creation, and are in place where we can create ourselves anew

    in alignment with Truth.

We create our belief systems from past experiences, genetic inheritance, programming by our

parents, programming by society (school, friends, television), in the womb through the emotionsexperienced by the mother during pregnancy (see Dutch famine of 1944), to name a few. This

creation is done subconsciously as we are not aware of what we are doing. We unconsciously

accept what we see and experience from our senses and adopt it as a truth, even though manytimes our senses deceive us. In other words, we conform to our surroundings because it is more

comfortable for us, we don't know any better, and when we're young we're completely dependent

upon our "tribe" and others around us for physical survival. So we conform and take on others

beliefs and judgments about who we are and paradigms about our environment. As we conformto one belief we are more likely to align to linked beliefs of our "tribe" to minimize cognitive

dissonance. And over time, we assimilate into the mass consciousness as we take on more andmore beliefs and minimize cognitive dissonance. Cognitive Dissonance: once I take on one beliefas truth, then all subordinate beliefs align to that higher order belief. If the root belief system is

false / an illusion, then all other subordinate beliefs will be false. A powerful example of how

this is done can be found in how elephants are taught to be submissive at a young age andpropagates well into adulthood: Captors tie a young elephant to a tree with a length of rope

around his leg. No matter how hard he struggles to free himself, he cannot, and so he eventually

gives up. Then, as a massively powerful adult, by simply feeling the rope tied around his legalthough it is no longer attached to a tree, he believes he cannot escape and remains a captive. He no longer realizes his own intrinsic power to improve his life by changing his perception. Yet

another example is the childhood tale ofLambert the Sheepish Lion. A story of a lion who was

raised by sheep and thought he was a sheep, so was cowardly and afraid of the wolf. When infact, he was the most powerful creature in the jungle and can easily devour the wolfs. Another

great example is the experiment with monkeys described in the following link:

    http://sites.google.com/site/essenceprinciples/Home/universal-principles-introduction/universal-principles/paradigms/belief-systems-monkeys

Below is a diagram of how belief systems of individuals (IDentities) are the foundation of the

mass consciousness, which creates the objective world around us. The only way to change our

environment is to first change ourselves and through our example we can impact other peopleand over time change mass consciousness. "We must BE the change we wish to see in the

    world."

Because we have not been taught to discern illusion from Truth we adopt the illusion in place of

Truth. In the absence of Truth we adopt illusion. The issue is not necessarily the illusion. The

issue is that we think the illusion is Truth, and we live our life that way without questioning it.The longer we live with that illusion as truth, the more difficult it is to uncreate it and adopt a

Truth based belief system. Once we are able to see our false belief systems for what they are and

the insanity they represent, then we have power to change them. We are at choice to change them

and consciously create ourselves in alignment with Universal Principles. However, this processrequires that we be open to change and accept the insecurity and uncertainty that comes from

changing beliefs that we have held to be true for most of our lives.

False belief systems that have had many years of programming and have been ingrained in our

subconscious mind for many years take some time to dissipate the energy. Once you become

aware of the false belief system you will notice more often where you are being out of alignmentwith truth. That will bring out your negative emotions even more. This is a gift as the negative

emotion needs to be experienced fully to dissipate the energy of the false belief system and

create SPACE for the new belief system to take hold. You can express these negative emotions

in a non-judgmental way in a journal knowing that this is just part of the process. Journaling ouremotions and experiences helps us build awareness of our subconscious patterns and belief

systems. With awareness we gain power over what was hidden, and can then move forward by

making a different choice, integrating a new belief system. In addition, a very powerful andeffective way to dissipate emotions and expand your comfort zone is to do the thing that scares

you or that is beyond your comfort zone. Doing what it is you fear will expand your comfort

zone and dissipate any emotional energy that has been trapped in the physiology based on thefalse belief system. You can do it gradually or all at once depending on how comfortable you

feel. In any case, the idea is the same: to dissipate the emotional energy trapped in the

physiology so we make space to integrate the new belief system. In addition, once you allowyourself to FEEL the emotion fully it's like taking a load off your back. You realize 'that wasn't

so bad'. You feel free and relieved to have gone through that. The energy is release andcompletes its cycle. Now you are free to think clearly and move forward in alignment with

    Universal Principles.

False belief systems are belief systems that are based on illusion / lies that go against natural law

and the natural order; i.e., artificial systems (such as believing in scarcity, believing we are just a

physical being only with no spiritual component). False belief systems narrow your field of

consciousness which leads to rigidity, denial, resistance, defensiveness, control, and not open to

All rights reserved. Jaime Alvarez, 2010 Page 6

    7/21

receiving. That closed and rigid view blocks out other people's views, and your connection to

and awareness of a greater reality. One way to visualize false belief systems is to think ofschizophrenia disorder at the extreme end. In schizophrenia the person believes his imagination

is more real than the signals he receives from his senses. The signals from the imagination (or

illusion) are stronger than the senses (or reality) (think of signal to noise ratio), therefore the

person experiences significant pain and suffering as they resist reality in favor of a false illusion.

Similarly a person who has false BElief systems see their environment from a perspective that isagainst the Truth and therefore experience pain and suffering until they replace their false BElief

systems with Truth based BElief systems.

You cannot get the guidance from Universe unless you have cleared the false belief systems and

replaced them with truth. Truth connects us to the flow. Without Truth there is no connection and

we are powerless. One cannot be open to receiving unless they know who they are in their TrueSelf. Knowingness of who we are opens the door to be led and guided in synchronicity with

Universal Energy flow. That requires that one have cleared their emotional charges and

integrated truth into their belief systems.

"We don't live in a world of reality, we live in a world of perceptions."- Gerald J. Simmons

Expand your cup to include all, view from the universal, 5-D perspective. Become ONE with the

Universe. When you do this your emotions become neutral and expansive. Align your BE toTruth.

It is not what we experience that says something about ourselves, but how we experience. It is

not what happens but how we respond or react to what happens that reveals who we believe we

are. Do you think, feel or act in ways which show that you are the soul in charge of your life, or avictim of lifes challenges?

The water that makes up so much of our bodies is like ocean water. The salt crystals in this water

vibrate at ever-changing frequencies. Our hearts are the emotional centers of our bodies, and they

put out frequencies that are 10 times the power of the frequencies of our brains.

When we are happy, we vibrate at a higher frequency than when we are angry or sad. Ouremotions change the chemical composition of the water in our systems. That's why happy tears

taste different than tears of sadness.

Have in Order To: BE / FEEL

Many people live life backwards thinking that changing the external environment willautomatically lead to abundance, love, power, freedom, etc. That is an illusion, a manifestation

of the EEQ. No system or institution can confer true freedom, love, or power. That must come

from within. To prove this you need only look at our government. Looking to the government tosolve our problems without first going within to heal the illusion that keeps us powerless,

generally leads to greater problems and pain and suffering long-term. The government can't

rescue people. The people must empower themselves first and use the government as a vehicle to

bring people together for creating structures to empower the people. "We can't solve problems byusing the same kind of thinking we used when we created them." Albert Einstein.

Nothing and no one can make us a victim. We do it to ourselves when we allow external

circumstances to hold power over us. Although we have no control over what happens to us, we

ALWAYS have a choice in how we respond. We hold our power when we accept completeresponsibility for our thoughts, feelings and actions.

The most potent weapon in the hands of the oppressor is the mind of the oppressed.

    Wisdom and Stress

Wisdom and stress are inversely proportional. Wisdom and stress do not go together. As such

believing in illusion leads to greater stress, which leads to lower wisdom. Greater stress alsoleads to greater disharmony in the body. In fact, when we experience stress our cells will shrink,

stop the growth process, and instead go into protective mode and eventually decay and die. So

stress stops growth. Here's the casual sequence:

    Environment -> Perception (based on False Belief Systems) -> Greater Stress -> Lower Wisdom;

Physiology goes into 'Protective Mode' which leads to disease state and decay.

Under stress or fear the sympathetic nervous system of the subconscious mind completely takes

over. The sympathetic nervous system cuts off blood flow to the conscious mind, thus limitingthe ability to reason.

    Drives 5% of behavior

If BE and THINK are both aligned to TRUTH then there is flow and ease. Then THINK

is a servant of SPIRIT since a TRUTH BE is SPIRIT.

If BE is based on false belief systems and identities, the FEEL will create emotions /

charges that the THINK will react to and compensate by trying to control the external as

that is all it knows. There will be conflict and pain and suffering.

However, if the THINK is aligned to TRUTH, then the THINK can retrain the BE to the

TRUTH belief systems. This takes patience and perseverance and awareness.

    Belief Systems and Health

It has been well documented how a person's beliefs will impact their health and the symptoms

they display. If a person truly believes they are ill, then their body will manifest the symptomsthat correlate with that belief. One well documented example of this situation afflicts most

medical students commonly called medical student's disease, wherein they perceive themselves

or others to be experiencing the symptoms of the disease(s) they are studying. The condition isassociated with the fear of contracting the disease in question. This not only afflicts medical

students, but also the public at large who read information online and immediately believe they

must have such and such disease. The belief alone manifests the symptoms and over time the

disease state itself. The cure to this, of course, is to shift the belief and align to Natural Law for

    sustaining life and health.

Stress Response Hormones: Adrenaline (or Epinephrine) and Glucocorticoids. These stresshormones start a cascade reaction that prepares the body for the fight / flight mechanism that is

part of the sympathetic nervous system. This reaction is not necessarily the issue as it is designed

to support the body for survival when a real physical threat is identified. The problem is whenthe threat is purely imaginary, an illusion. The real problem is when the illusion that triggers this

reaction is chronic and long term such as worry over an imaginary future that doesn't exist in

reality. Under chronic exposure to these stress hormones by an illusionary threat, the body

experiences significant health issues as it marinates in these toxic chemicals, including:physiological changes such as blocked arteries, decayed telomeres, toxic fat build up, weakened

immune response to disease; and various psychological issues such as learning and memory loss,

sleeping disorders, depression, a dulled ability to experience pleasure, easier / quicker to anger,OCD. All this from a reaction to a false belief system.

When your belief systems are aligned to Truth you experience less stress, greater expansion, a

widening of the field of consciousness, and an openness to receiving. When BElief systems arealigned to illusion, then you experience greater stress. Why? Because we are natural systems andwe live in a natural world. If we go against nature we are going against ourselves, and are

ultimately hurting ourselves. By aligning our belief systems with natural law we work with

nature, rather than against it, and therefore become one with the whole; we integrate the microwith the macro.

Stimulus -> BE = Truth -> Response -> Consequence = Joy, Peace, Harmony, Abundance

    OR

    Stimulus -> BE = Illusion -> Response -> Consequence = Pain & Suffering

Therefore, Belief Systems are cause of everything in our lives as shown in the diagram below.

    Power

We're powerless when we're not connected to Truth, we believe in a lie. So in order to get what

we want we react with anger, fear, control. In addition, as an Ego we are not in control no matter

how much we try. It's futile. All we can do is follow our hearts, stay neutral, act in accordance to

Universal Principles, and walk in Faith and Trust. The Ego must surrender, submit and be inservice to Natural Law, Universe.

True power can only be obtained when we know the Truth of who we are, and are aligned to the

Universal Principles that govern the energy flow in the Universe. When we are connected to thatTruth we are the "I AM that I AM", we have integrated with the macrocosm. For power to be

    real it must be take form through expression in thought, words and deeds in the physical plane;

bridging Heaven and Earth. Power comes from being in the present moment only as the presentmoment is the only time that energy exists. Power comes from staying in neutrality. Power

comes from opening the heart (feminine, receptive) to receive guidance, grace, and learning from

the Universe. When we open to receive we learn the Universal Principles.

    The Fundamental Paradigms

Victim: I am powerless and incapable of handling life. I get my power and love from outside

myself. No masculine or feminine. Fatal Identity. Eternal, External Quest. When you arrive at

your future, will you blame your past? Have you blamed people or factors outside of yourself? Why me? Focus is on the negatives, losing ourselves in the problem. We then point to our

unhappy circumstances to rationalize our negative feelings. We become victims when we allow

external circumstances to hold power over us. "The most potent weapon in the hands of the

oppressor is the mind of the oppressed."

Creator: I can do whatever I put mind to. I will make it happen no matter what. Too much

masculine, not enough feminine. It's taking your power, but still disconnected from Universe as

Source. You're doing it yourself as separate and disconnected from Universe. Even the blocks

    12/21

that appear to be outside of us are only reflecting back an issue we have inside that we have not

yet owned. Once we address our inner issue, the outer situation no longer troubles us. The buckalways stops with us. We step into our power when we accept responsibility for our lives.

Although we have no control over what happens to us, we ALWAYS have a choice in how we

respond. We hold our power when we accept complete responsibility for our thoughts, feelings

    and actions.

Co-Creator: not my will, but Thy Will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven. We integrate andbecome ONE with the Universe. Balanced masculine and feminine principles.

    Male / Female Integration

Female Principle: Represents the Divine, Unconditional Love, Adoration, and Reverence forLife component. Heart Based. The knowingness of who I am and our self love. We love

ourselves when we know who we really are at that superconscious level. We no longer are tied to

3-D, limited, disconnected IDentities. We are pure energy in motion; One with Universe. We areopen to receiving both the positive and negative experiences of life when we love ourselves. We

can give freely without any expectation and love others and the world unconditionally when we

have all that we need within. We seek nothing from the external. We are not interested in being

"perfect". We are interested in being whole. Without the female component of knowing who weare and loving ourselves we cannot receive the power that comes from the male component. An

analogy of this is the appliance cannot express itself without plugging into the source at the wall

outlet. If there is no connection, there is no power. You need to be open to receive (which is afeminine component) in order to receive the power from the male. The only way to love others

unconditionally is to not need or seek love, acceptance, and approval from anyone. The only way

to not need love, approval and acceptance from anyone else is to love yourself unconditionally. The female component is necessary to learn from life experiences. In fact, 90%+ of all false

belief systems you encounter within yourself will relate to the female principle, knowing who we

are and self love. The reason for this is that humanity (endowed with free choice) had forgottenwho we are and used our creative power for destruction. This has caused humanity to experience

so much pain and suffering that we closed our hearts to protect ourselves from feeling the pain.

Closing our hearts however, has led to shutting out the feminine. This is why you see so muchfalse male energy in the world today, because the true power is inaccessible since the female is

missing. Instead of looking within for our true power you see most people looking externally for

their source of power (weapons, money, status, forcing, pushing, making it happen), giving away

their power to others (authority figures, superstitions), and looking for love, acceptance andapproval externally. This can all be healed by integrating the female principle.

Your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself

Male Principle: Represents the Divine Power, Will, and Authority component. The Universal

Principles which define how the Universe, nature, human beings operate. We have true powerwhen we connect to and understand our unique place in the Universe and connect to Universal

energy through understanding and application of Universal Principles. Power = Knowledge of

U.P.s + Practical Skills to apply the principles in life (i.e., Wisdom).

"Everything you see has its roots in the unseen world.

The forms may change, yet the essence remains the same.

Every wonderful sight will vanish; every sweet word will fade,

    But do not be disheartened,

The source they come from is eternal, growing,

Branching out, giving new life and new joy.

    Why do you weep?

    The source is within you

And this whole world is springing up from it."

    Belief System Types

I Am Statements : these relate to the knowingness of who we are, and as such, directly

correlate to the Female Principle. The I Am beliefs are the most critical to work on, since

the Female is what receives. If a person cannot receive, then there can be no opening toreceive the Universal Principle.

Paradigms: these are beliefs of the world / universe 'outside' of us. For example, 'there is

scarcity in the world' is a common false belief. Paradigms therefore correlate to the MalePrinciple of the Universal Principles. See article on how science is biased based on the

    beliefs of the observer:http://www.thunderbolts.info/tpod/2010/arch10/100413science.htm.

Truth Belief Systems are always directed toward an expansion of the field of consciousness, such

that there is a more Universal understanding and connection, 'I Am that I Am'. When we expand

our field of consciousness we are able to see things from the perspective of the whole, moreuniversal, rather than the individual, disconnected self.

Male / Female Integration is Christ Consciousness

Heartbeat of the Universe: micro and macro are beating as ONE

Being guided by Love and then Truth

    Infinite Possibilities

    Synchronicities

Not my will, but Thy Will

Steps to Identify False Belief Systems and Integrate New Truth Based Belief Systems

Step 1: understand the causal sequence diagram to understand what drives all of human behavior. Step 2: journal when you have a lack power, freedom and full self-expression. Get to the root of the belief

system and feel the emotions. See the above text for greater understanding.

o Journaling is perhaps the most important part of this process. To help you get started just start

telling a story of what you're experiencing and feeling. Write about your fears, worries, worst case

scenarios. Understand the truth of what your experiencing and the illusion that you're reacting to.

Step 3: write the new belief system using the description below. Write about "Who Am I?" Write a

statement of the truth of who you are as a cosmic being. Write about the Universal Principles that shed light

upon the illusion you wrote about. Universal Principles replace the false belief systems about our world and

    other people.

Step 4: use the "Integrating New Belief System and Responding from Truth"diagram to integrate the newbelief system.

Repeat step 4 continuously to integrate the new belief system.

    Communication

Communication falls under RESPONSE in the causal sequence diagram above. In life we deal

with people. In fact, 99% of all our issues will generally involve people. So how we

communicate becomes very crucial. Communicating with others is also a release to dissipate thecharge in the emotions. Verbal communication is a giving and receiving from an authentic,

neutral, non-judgmental place. Journaling is great for bringing up awareness of a false belief

system, but once you have the awareness you don't need to journal. You just need to express it inwords to the person triggering you as an outlet to release the emotional charge, and clear the

misperception and pattern. Journaling will not do that as effectively since you're not clearing the

charge with another. In general, you will not need to journal anything that comes up if you're

able to clear the charge with the person who triggered it. By communicating with the person whotriggered the charge you will have the ability to resolve any perceptions issues and come to a

solution that works for everyone. Once you clear the charge, the journaling is not necessary.

A good way to remember this is to recall the "What's Your Story?" line. Essentially, what areyou projecting? If you communicate this to another person you will not only dissipate the charge,

but also address any false belief system that may be getting triggered. This way you clear the

misperception and pattern so it doesn't come up again.

love and power. Release any toxic emotional energy you had kept inside yourself all those years

from that false belief system interpretation. Let it go and open your heart and let the love rush into fill you completely.

    Writing Belief System Statements

I want to emphasize that writing belief systems statements is not a 'name it and claim it'statement such as what is espoused by the mainstream new age approaches such as 'The Law of

Attraction', or 'The Power of Intention', etc. The primary difference is that these processes do not

go deep enough into uncovering the root false belief systems that are operating at the

subconscious level. Without getting to the root false belief system, then anything pasted on topof it will merely be 'lipstick on a pig'. The reason is simple: the underlying false belief system is

still in control no matter how much 'positive' stuff you paste on top of it. So the intention or

whatever it is we want to attract into our life will be driven by an underlying inadequacy thatmust be filled in order to BE and FEEL a certain way. Or maybe we want to prove to others that

we can create this or that. But if we need that approval from others, then we are still looking to

    fill an inadequacy within.

This can be clearly viewed in the causal sequence diagram. If it's coming from the 'THINK', then

it's simply a strategy to cover up an inadequacy in the underlying belief system. So you must

uncover it through the emotions. This is why we emphasized the importance of journaling youremotions or talking to an emotional life coach (someone you trust) to get to the 'I AM' statements

and story behind your emotions. This journaling process generally leads to an 'Ah Ha!' moment

where you know you have hit on the key belief system and mechanism that you have beenoperating under all these years. This is not a THINKING process. This is a FEELING process.

It's not easy to FEEL your emotions because it's sometimes painful. Not only that, but our

THINKING mechanism / ego resists (denies, justifies why not, suppresses the emotions, escaping your life, and any other mechanism to avoid doing this) this at all costs. In fact, the

more we resist the emotion the more power we feed it. What you resist persists. Instead of

resisting this part of who we are, we need to accept and love ourselves without judgment, tobecome whole. Until we accept and love ourselves fully and unconditionally (both the positive

and negative aspects of who we are) we will be fragmented and in conflict with ourselves. An

open, loving heart means we are open to both the positive and negative experiences of life

without judgment. When we know who we are and love ourselves this comes naturally. Thisopenness is required to receive the principles we are meant to learn from the experience. Our

objective here is not be to "perfect". Our objective is to be whole. That means accepting and

loving ALL of who we are, the dark side and the light.

In fact, the very first statement that we start with is a statement of loving ourselves

unconditionally (the Feminine Principle). Self love is the start of our growth. Therefore, focusyour very first statement on the feminine component of self-love. When we love ourselves we

need not look outside ourselves for love and approval, and we are now open to receiving the

higher principles of life. The opposite of self love is looking to the external for love and

approval. This manifest as fear of rejection (shyness, not speaking up to say our part, playingsmall), feeling inadequate, superiority and inferiority, incapable, selling out and going along with

what others feel is best for you, not questioning authority, putting others down to feel relatively

better, defending yourself and actions to get others approval, trying to convince others that you're

All rights reserved. Jaime Alvarez, 2010 Page 18

  • 8/8/2019 Awaken to Your True Source of Love and Power

    19/21

right so that you feel superior and validated by them, no limits or boundaries (can't say no for

fear of rejection so you take too much on), don't take care of your self, don't nurture yourself, cursing and condemning ourselves when we make a mistake or miss the mark, taking life too

    seriously.

The emotions must be felt to release the energy that is trapped in our physiology. Without feeling

the emotion, it's energy cannot be dissipated and therefore, cannot be healed. (Example of this isLouise Hay having manifested cancer in the uterus even after attempting to program many

positive statements into her subconscious. She was the queen of positive statements, but neverdealt with her emotions. The emotions still had energy and were creating toxicity in her body,

which manifested the cancer. She finally had to FEEL the painful experiences and emotions that

she had supressed for so long, and forgive the ones who hurt her before she can be healed of hercancer. See http://www.lightconnection.us/Archive/dec06/dec06_article5.htmfor full story.)

In addition, behind the painful feelings is the reality of who you're BEing. Once you uncover the

BEing false belief systems, it no longer has power over you. When it's hidden it has power overyou, but when you uncover it, you are aware of it and it no longer has power over you. You now

have choice and can choose a new belief system. From that point forward you can begin to writea belief system statement using the guidelines below and reprogram your BEing in alignment tohigher truths. That is how you gain true POWER and FREEDOM to be your true, authentic self

    in any and all situations.

I want to reemphasize this one last time: without getting to the emotions to uncover the root

false belief system, then any statement will merely be 'lipstick on a pig' .

    Writing Belief System Statements:

    1. It's always in the I AM.

    2. It's never about anybody else. It's only about you. There are never any statements about

anyone or anything else.3. It's always written in the present moment.

    4. It's written in the positive statements. I.e., aren't, don't, can't are negative words.

    5. It expresses a Universal Principle that counteracts the illusion of the false belief system it

is replacing.6. It's expressed as an infinite possibility, expansive, joyful. I.e., this is 'not name it and

claim it' finite expectation. If the statement has a finite expectation desire embedded in it,

then it's not a Universal Principle. I.e., a statement like "I am co-creating a home in PaloAlto. I am trusting the process that Spirit is leading to a house in Palo Alto with 2000 sq.

ft" is a finite statement and therefore limiting the possibilities to my will, not thy will.

Finite statements come from the ego because ego wants certainty to satisfy an insecurity. When you write as a finite possibility you limit the possibilities to what your ego thinks is

best, rather than leaving room for Universe to contribute to the inspiration. You cannot

co-create in a finite possibility. It's impossible. It must be infinite possibility. You have to

be open to receiving what Universe brings you.7. The the statement brings you to total connection and neutrality (no separation or duality).

You are completely open to receiving what Universe brings you.

NOTE: to avoid writer's block when writing your belief system statement what you can do is

simply start by writing a simple Truth statement, whatever resonates with you. It doesn't matterwhat it is. Then simply build on that one statement by further elaborating from there being led

and guided to write whatever comes to you.

Q: - "Is it correct when praying to think of God as an impersonal force or energy, everywherepresent; or as an intelligent listening mind, which is aware of every individual on earth and who

intimately knows everyone's needs and how to meet them?"

A: - "Both. For HE is also the energies in the finite moving in material manifestation. He is also

the Infinite, with the awareness. And thus as ye attune thy own consciousness, thy own

awareness, the unfoldment of the presence within beareth witness with the presence without."

    Cayce (1158-14)

Foundational false belief systems based on the Victim paradigm:

In order to get love I must give first and be of service; i.e, I must be in a life of service

where I give to others in order to be accepted and loved by others. Another way of sayingthis is that my level of love is based on how much other people love me.

Scarcity / Deprivation: there's not enough, I am not enough. I am inadequate and

incapable of handling my life. There's not enough resources, money, etc., so I must use

force, control, and manipulation to get what I need to survive.

Working hard to get somewhere: I have to have this in order to feel this way (i.e., feel at

    peace).

Duality, separation: People that are different and don't believe what I believe are to befeared and controlled. I judge and try to change and control others because they do not

see the world as I do.

"I'm a physical being with no spiritual component, just like any animal. After I die, that's

it." You are what you believe. This is a limiting belief system that leads to separation anddisconnection with the infinite. In reality we can consider ourselves one continuous life if

we consider ourselves a continuum of cell division from conception to conception in theintegration of male and female. A new life represents the DNA telomeres being reset,

which resets the biological clock to continue for another life span. So, from this

perspective we are truly an infinite physical being. The only thing that changes is ourIDentity dies. But our IDentity dies anyway as part of the growth process and evolution

while our physical bodies are alive. If we relate to ourselves as an IDentity, then we

really do die. However, if we relate to ourselves as an infinite, cosmic being, then we

    never die, we just evolve.

Unworthy: not open to receiving; instead we sabotage any good opportunity in our life

such as push away people who truly love us. Difficulty in receiving gifts and nurturingourselves.

I need to be special and better than everyone else in order for people to love and approve

    of me.

I must be perfect and not make any mistakes. Otherwise, I'm unworthy and inadequate.

DISCIPLINE - To create change in our lives, we need to consistently focus on what we want.

DETACHMENT - Practice the art of detached observation. Let go of automatic defenses and

    patterns.

DISCERNMENT - Seek to discern the lower from the higher. What is self-serving and what is

soul-inspired? Discernment carries no judgment. There are no goods and bads. Remain as adetached witness.

DHARMA - This is an East Indian word meaning "living your unique purpose." How do youfind meaning and fulfillment in ways that are natural to you? How do you best serve and
