Images in Masterton Homes brochures may depict fixtures, finishes and features not supplied by Masterton Homes or included in the Base Price including but not limited to retaining walls, landscaping, driveways and pathways, pergola, barbeque, decorator items, feature wall, decorator screen and shelving, water features, fencing, swimming pools, decks and letter boxes. Base Prices do not include optional upgrades including but not limited to alternative facades, window furnishings, light fittings, floor coverings (except wet area tiling), air conditioning or feature tile upgrades unless otherwise specified. These inclusions are only available as part of a building contract with Masterton Homes. Any item not listed within the inclusions will incur additional costs. Any items omitted by a customer from the inclusions will not be refunded, credited or substituted. Masterton reserve the right to amend or substitute items and/or suppliers without notice. Any item that appears in more than one set of inclusions, only one of these items will be supplied and no credits will be available.
