Activa Developments is a residential builder based in Bibra Lake, Perth WA. We pride ourselves on our excellence in customer service and high quality product. In fact, Activa Developments has been awarded by the Master Builders Association and Housing Industry Association in both of these categories.

Whilst our annual turnover would suggest that we are a medium sized company, our approach to our clients remains that of a small, family based business that truly looks after our client’s individual needs. All of our homes are custom designed and built to our clients brief and budget. We work closely with each of our clients to determine exactly what they want to achieve from their home and work with our suppliers and trades to make this a reality.
