Pat Gallagher adds: “The Teletrac telematics package is worth some £2,000 per year, per vehicle in terms of increased productivity and lower running costs. Teletrac’s telematics package comes with the option of upgrading to Teletrac’s advanced fleet management system, Teletrac Fleet Director, which provides fleet managers with a full range of services. These include optimised routing on multi-drop runs, live vehicle reporting, two-way messaging and vehicle or driver management reports. The system can also be used to record when vehicles arrive and leave specific locations as well as highlighting if the vehicle has been used at weekends or out of hours.
