QHSE Policy

AL KHANEZI ELECTRO-MECHANICAL WORKS shall commit and ensure the

Quality, Health and Safety of its employees, customers, visitors and the community at large and

protect the physical environment in which the company activities are carried out.

The Management and Staff of AL KHANEZI ELECTRO-MECHANICAL WORKS

shall

Implement a quality management system conforming to ISO 9001:2008.

Take action to achieve the targets and continually improve the system.

Ensuring that our services meet the needs and expectations of our customers, suppliers

and employees.

Ensuring the safety and welfare of our staff and the protection of our assets.

Ensuring the prevention of any impact on the environment resulting from our actions.

Complying with all relevant Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety legal laws and

other requirements.

To identify the hazards (the potential for harm), assess the risks (the likelihood of that

harm being realized) and manage those risks.

Periodically review the suitability, adequacy and effectiveness of the (QHSE)

management system.

Make every effort to protect the environment and prevent pollution, to minimize

consumption of materials, to promote reuse and recycling of wastes and adopt best

practice on waste management.

Strive to achieve continual improvement of the QHSE management system and related

performance.

To prevent accidents and cases of work-related ill-health.

These commitments will be realized by:

Establishing and maintaining a documented environment health and safety management

system (QHSEMS) that will meet international standards by the end of this year.

Ensuring procedures, program and guidelines are in place to support the QHSEMS.

Providing the necessary resources for the implementation of the Management System.

Communicating the Company’s QHSE policy and objectives to relevant parties

including its employees and customers.

Shall ensure the management’s commitment to the QHSE Management System.
