COURSE DESCRIPTIONLECTURE FORMAT

• Dr Carriere will show how correcting a Class II and Class III malocclusions, and then transitioning to a PassiveSelf-Ligating Bracket system, provides treatment efficiencies over traditional mechanics. Addressing the patient’ssagittal dimension FIRST to establish a Class I platform simplifies, shortens and standardizes treatment. Patientcompliance is also maximized when the anterior – posterior discrepancy is corrected at the beginning of treatment.

This new Sagittal First approach ensures that the practitioner addresses the total facial harmony of the patient. DrCarriere will also review soft tissue analysis and how to ensure long term treatment results which benefits patientsas they age.

Upon completion of this course participants will:

• Understand the efficiencies of the Sagittal First Philosophy and how it benefits patients and provide stable long-term treatment results.
