Simulation: Multi-Rate Harmonic Balance (APLAC only)

• Each circuit element / section solves only the necessary tones and harmonics

• Useful for any design with up/down conversion or designs where some circuit elements need many harmonics and others do not.

Load Pull Analysis / Script

• Load Pull Script replaces Load Pull Wizard– Significant speed improvements

• Output is standard Maury Load Pull File• Improved control of impedance points

– Additional point calculation algorithms– Can add or remove directly on Smith Chart

• Swept variables and frequencies are supported• Cancel button• Setup saved in project

Licensing

• All physical verification interface licenses now include ICED and Calibre

• Multi-core APLAC harmonic balance licenses are also now included with all nonlinear simulator licenses

• An AXIEM™ license is now only checked out for simulation (i.e., when AXIEM is in use). This also allows for manual return by the user too.
