How To Reserve Your Sponsorship

1. Sponsorships are reserved for our APN program members. You can learn more about the benefits of membership and sign up here (it’s free)! AWS Enterprise Customers that meet a set criteria are also eligible to participate.

2. Select your package.

3. Contact Us with your package preference or contact us with additional questions. Sponsorship contracts will be delivered in the order of request starting the week of April 10th.

4. Email all pages of the signed sponsorship contract to AWS at [email protected].

5. AWS will respond within 24 - 48 hours to confirm if your sponsorship contract has been accepted. Your company’s main contact will receive access to the Exhibitor Resource Center (ERC) with your invoice to complete sponsorship deliverables.

6. Pay Invoice - Your invoice MUST BE PAID / RECEIVED in full within 30 days of the invoice date before you will be eligible to begin booth selection.
