Clients pay a nominal fee at the start of the engagement with all other fees based on Axim GSG’s ability to generate desired results. That is how confident we are in our capabilities.
Customized metricsClients choose which metrics to use to gauge Axim GSG’s performance. We start with a baseline of common metrics, often focused on costs, and customize them according to the client’s goals with the focus on generating a return on investment (ROI) as quickly as possible. These other metrics can include employee benefit satisfaction, employee utilization of benefits, employee communications, wellness program utilization, and any metrics based on the client’s specific initiatives.
