A versatile mobile detectorThe light and robust mobile Flat Detector of the AXIOM Multix M enables fast and flexible utilization with the table and wall stand, as for out-of-bucky exposures. The detector provides the familiarity of conventional cassette handling with the advantages of digital imaging.

The AXIOM Multix M with its full format detector was specially designed for landscape or portrait positioning in the customized bucky to easily accommodate various anatomical regions. Combining these features with the capability for successive multiple exposures without cassette changes, users will find the mobile detector quick and easy to use, which greatly simplifies the procedure.

Unique bi-directional detector insertion Challenging examinations become easier with bi-directional bucky access from either side of the table, meaning the detector can be inserted from the left or right! Your work environment can now be organized around the actual clinical situation.

Dose reductionThe AXIOM Multix M provides a num -ber of dose-saving features such as interchange able copper filters which reduce skin dose significantly. Our high-transparency table bucky grid from the table bucky can also be removed during pediatric examination for further dose reduction. Another simple but effective feature, our exclusive offset top collimates from the top down saving dose to the abdominal anatomy.

Time savingsWhen time is of the essence, the digital imaging technology of AXIOM Multix M is designed to reduce the number of retakes. Compared to cassette techniques,the fully digital images are immediately processed for optimization, and this leads to greater time savings.

Superb image resolutionAchieving a high resolution, the AXIOM Multix M provides exceptional image quality. With its high spatialresolution and excellent low contrast detectability, the AXIOM Multix M is capable of delivering images of brilliant image clarity.

With the possibility to offer an optional 18” black and white monitor, diagnostic review is possible within the control room.

Excellent latitudeThe AXIOM Multix M features a wide dynamic range, similar to film speeds between 100 and 400. Thanks to spe-cially developed software algorithms, it is capable of accurately demonstrating even the smallest details of the human anatomy, from the facial bones to the extremities, and the lungs to the spine.

Overall system performanceImage quality is not just the detector, but the optimal coordination of all com-ponents within the imaging system. The AXIOM Multix M is equipped with high-precision and quality elements, including an excellent stationary in-table grid of 80 lines/cm manufactured with high-technology transparency materials. This provides detailed image information of exceptional image quality.

Another quality element is our proven and robust X-ray tube with one of the finest focal spots on the market. All of these elements are combined to deliver high diagnostic image quality.
