Learning from testing

7

I found the process to be useful

Provided me with a useful

model to follow

Allowed the user to have clarity around

what they were trying to

acheive I feel there were comments made

that I had not considered prior

to the tests The test

highlighted the need for input

around developmental

milestones

I learned how much the nursery and

Health Visiting staff valued the

opportunity to speak directly with each other about child

well being and parental support

PDSA I feel prevent people from taking immediate actions

based on observations without having a clear picture of real impact

Once we know the barrier, discuss, change

and repeat, these cycles will give us run

charts
